not terrible for me I guess. getting to be an older place and it smells kinda like old hotel but I guess for me personally that's part of the experience. I went here when I was 24 with my 22 year old friend. the front desk lady looked at us for a sec like she didn't believe we were adults .. which was kinda annoying. like ummm lady, how many piles of kids in trenchcoats come walking into your lobby trying to book a room?! does it happen on a regular basis or something??? a little respect for guests goes a long way..!!
the room was nice for me at least tho

Outdated, shower not working and not worth the money (absolutely do not consider for wedding guests!)
We were here for a wedding.
The sheets were ripped when we arrived, we called reception and they changed the person changed them ignored us and was rude.
After returning from the wedding we wanted to shower but the shower head was not working. We called reception around 12pm and they had someone check it out but they didn't do anything about it. It was basically "sorry for the inconvenience but nothing we can do" - so here we are sweaty from dancing at the wedding at midnight.
Overall very dated rooms, wallpaper partly fixed with tape, old TV with non-working control, shower-head not working. If you are hosting a wedding, definitely stay away from this one.

I stayed here a few times for work and for pleasure. This is a big hotel with event center and hotel rooms. The rooms are nice and comfortable. There was a washer and dryer onsite which helped as we stayed a few days in this location. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which takes you in to NYC and the other side of the street you get off the bus from NYC. Convenient location and lots of parking on site for your vehicle.

The hotel is maintained well. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. The only issue I had is that unlike most major hotels this location doesn’t offer complimentary travel items like toothpaste & tooth brush if you forgot yours. You have to buy everything.

Hotel renting out rooms knowing there is no heat. Even provide portable heaters if you ask. Maybe better than sleeping in a car not sure. Plugged in thru a lamp. Nice fire trap 1500 w going thru light gauge wiring.

The old charm and beauty of this hotel definitely stops at the front doors. The carpet throughout the hotel is dirty and unkempt, and everything smells of mustiness and mold. Our room took things to another level however. We have broken outlets, our air conditioner blow hot stale air, the bathroom fan doesn't function and is covered in mold, there is mold and dirt behind the drapes, one of the windows won't open, there is paint peeling off of the walls and the smell of stale cigarette smoke is awful. The worst part however, was discovering the rat boxes under both of our beds. You have to see it to believe it. It is unclear to me how the health department has allowed this facility to remain open.

Had a problem with the room, and they could care less. Would not recommend. I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5, and that is high.Rooms: Had a problem with the room and moved to the new room at 4am. There was no compensation for the issue.Nearby activities: ShoppingSafety: Very dark parkingFood & drinks: NoneNoteworthy details: Very old and dreary. No restaurant. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was clean. First, the heat wasn't working. We had to leave the room and go out. That's how cold it was. They came and "fixed it" to the point it was too hot. The shower didn't work. I would stay there as a last resort. It's a shame because the town itself has a lot to offer.

Pretty out of date. Staff was helpful. Thermostat did not work in our room, TV did not work. Called front desk and they got it resolved. Generally clean and no frills.

Waited in an empty lobby for almost 20 minutes before someone showed up to check me in.Room was ok, but very dated. Mold in the shower and shower head fell off in my hand.Also room was very warm and thermostat wouldn't work to cool it down.
