This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had thanks to Jeff Stone. Jeff was personable, honest, not pushy, patient, and once I decided on the vehicle, he pulled it all together efficiently and fairly. Jeff really came through for me on this one! I highly recommend Jeff Stone and Tenafly BMW over any other BMW dealership between NYC and Chicago!

today 08/14/24, lady called from bmw my car is due for oil change , i told her “ i will call back to make an appointment “she hang up right away without even saying anything.Found it very rude especially i get my service and the car from this place.

After much research I ordered a custom built 2025 M4 (Save the manuals!). This was my third BMW factory order but the first time with BMW of Tenafly. Chris Wojcicki was my Sales Advisor and could not have been more professional and fun to work with throughout the process. Stephen Hourican was my Sales Manager and was instrumental in getting me a factory build allocation in a very short period of time. When my Wife and I picked up the car Derrick Brickhouse took care of all my paperwork promptly.
I was very pleased with all aspects from beginning to end. After all, buying a new car is supposed to be fun!
This is a great team of people to work with and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Highly recommended!

I bought my first car here in last June. And I'm glad to have Leeanna as my advisor. Every time I meet her, she is incredibly welcoming and patient, always willing to answer any questions I have. Before coming to BMW of Tenafly, I had met with a few other advisors who would push unnecessary services on me, but Leeanna never does that. I also plan to buy the second car (SUV) in the future, and if I am still living in NJ, I will definitely seek her advice. If you have just bought a car here and haven't been assigned an advisor yet, I highly recommend her.

Mr. Dominick Vitetta went above and beyond in helping us! He was unbelievably kind, compassionate, empathetic, understanding, patient, supportive, and honest in guiding us in making our decisions! We have been coming to this BMW dealership for about 20 years and their customer service have been always so amazing! Tenafly BMW evaluated my car issue and got me in for service almost immediately! The service consultant was very friendly and understanding. She had the technician work and finish my car quickly. It was a pleasant experience!
