“Merit Auto Body has gone above and beyond. I can't tell you how many times I've done business with other shops and it's been an anxiety-ridden process where I have had to take care of every step, call the insurance company, get a loaner, call for extensions, call the shop, etc.
I believe I only spoke with the insurance company once, paid my deductible and picked up my car when it was ready. Merit Auto Body handled all the calls with the insurance, the rental car company -- the loaner car was available at Merit Auto Body and was picked up by the rental company there as well. I didn't need a ride to pick one up or drop it off. The office sent me updates on the repairs and process almost daily with such a friendly demeanor. It was a seamless process from start to finish.
The repair was for the trunk area. It was crushed where the plate is located. The trunk door was also affected where it was crooked and didn't close plumb and the electricals responsible for opening and closing the truck were affected as well. I also had unrelated damage to my car and the shop kindly fixed those also along with the damage from the accident. When I picked up my car, it was spotless, inside and out. It looked as if I had just purchased my car from the dealer.
I highly recommend Merit Auto Body and I look forward to using their other services, such as detailing. They are all so professional, friendly and thoughtful -- everyone who works there -- that it brings back a feeling that doesn't exist anymore...that it's a friendly neighborhood interaction than a cold couldn't-be-bothered business. Props to the owner for creating and maintaining this environment.”

Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”

“We came to look for a used Tiguan. Brian A showed true involvement and enthusiasm while showing us 4 cars at 2 different locations that took quite a while. He knew all about trims and features of these models. We liked one of the cars we test drove and he was receptive to negotiate the right price for the car. We ended up getting the car. We also were involved with few other associates and everyone was extremely nice. All in all the whole experience was very pleasant, efficient, not pushy and stress free! I brought my car in for a simple noise, and Johnny diagnosed it faster than I diagnose myself on WebMD. The man inspected my car like it was going on a first date. Tony runs the place like a pit crew chief, Johnny works like he’s trying to earn “Employee of the Millennium,” and I left wondering if I should tip them.
If your car’s broken, go to Tony’s. If your car isn’t broken, still go — Johnny will find a way to impress you anyway.”

“Recently I had a fender bender involving my Honda CRV. As it was a leased car from Honda I was asked to take it to the dealership. Everything about D&C Auto Body are excellent. The quiet location, service, the speed and quality of work are commendable. Juan Ferreiras with whom I worked has been superb. They arranged my pickup and drop off with the rental company. When I picked up my car, I couldn't even recognize it. It had inside out makeover. It was so clean inside and out though I didn't pay for that. They get my six-star rating.”
