On hold with pharmacy for the past 24 minutes. Someone keeps picking up and putting me back on hold. They did this about 6 times. This is HORRENDOUS customer service. You all should be ashamed to not even have to courtesy to tell a customer to “please hold “

They Have a new guy sometimes at the cashier with a Learning disability and they usually let him Close. I'm all for disabled people working but he gets Very nervous if anyone pays with big bills and he sort of insults people without knowing it's hurtful because of his disability. Hard worker for sure but if anything goes outside of routine he gets defensive and rude

I have been trying to get through to anyone on the phone for the past 57 minutes and am still on hold as I write this. I called my old Walgreens (Bogota) to ask if I could change my prescription location to this Walgreens and they had picked up within 5-10 minutes. If I can even pick up my refill here I will definitely change it to a different location immediately after.

This was the most disgusting pharmacy I’ve ever seen. The pharmacy techs were vile and unsanitary. Not only did she cough without cover her mouth, wipe her nose with her hand, but also was discussing passing gas and their bowel movements. One said to the other “So-and-so doesn’t like working with us.” I CANT IMAGINE WHY! The supervising pharmacist who was present, is worst of all, for doing nothing about this disgusting behavior. Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves and I’ll be letting them know of my experience next.

At 9:10 am there were 9 people waiting on line in the pharmacy dept. to either pick up or drop off a prescription. When you're not feeling well, you don't need to stand on a long line. There was another customer waiting at the Express pick up window. No one acknowledged her at all. So much for "Express." Unacceptable customer service. As it turns out, Walgreens was out of stock for the medication I needed and could not say when it would be available - "Maybe it's on back order" was the response. I went to J&J Pharmacy in Teaneck where they were able to fill the prescription. It was worth going out of my way to J&J rather than deal with Walgreens.

Great place for kids COVID shot. Nurse was very patient. However store is just ok- had to wait a long time to pay with no cashier around.
