At 9:10 am there were 9 people waiting on line in the pharmacy dept. to either pick up or drop off a prescription. When you're not feeling well, you don't need to stand on a long line. There was another customer waiting at the Express pick up window. No one acknowledged her at all. So much for "Express." Unacceptable customer service. As it turns out, Walgreens was out of stock for the medication I needed and could not say when it would be available - "Maybe it's on back order" was the response. I went to J&J Pharmacy in Teaneck where they were able to fill the prescription. It was worth going out of my way to J&J rather than deal with Walgreens.

We maxed an appointment for a flu shot and COVID booster shot. 30 minutes after the appointment we are still on line and have not even been registered yet. This is awful for a store to make appointments and not know how to properly take care of their guests. What do these people think, we don't have to get back to work? I would recommend you look at CVS or other options.

Let me start by saying I pride my self with having the up most patients.That being said this store is literally down the street from my house and I would rather go miles to another location before ever entering this location again! The store lead Michelle, is the rudest, loudest, most unprofessional person I have ever seen in my life. I can't believe that Walgreens chooses to keep this person employed in there store. I also can't believe some hasn't out right just punch her in the face for the way she speaks AT people. It is clear to me why they hire such young kids in there, because she wouldn't be able to speak to a grown adult the way I have witnessed her speaking to her employees.

Quite store. Could use a good cleaning and more staff. Usually only one person at a register and the line gets long.

Not a good place for anything super slow employees not helpfull some of those kids that work at this facility definitely have a low concentration span would never go back again and definitely not recommended

Convenient parking. Convenient store. Pharmacy people, really nice and helpful.

They always greet me personally by name. Very kind and patient with the customers. I've been going there a long time and I've always been pleased with their level of service.
