The Walgreens at this location is very Clean. The Staff is always on hand and knowledgeable. Staff is also Courteous...products are labeled and easy to find

Had a pleasant experience in my recent visit. Mateo & Isabel went way and beyond on helping me not only with merchandise I needed but also helped me apply my discount on my purchase. I applaud them both for being full time college students & working at the same time. GREAT JOB to the both of you and continue to the top!!!

The employees are nice specifically Isabel. She was very polite and took her time to help me with my items. I go to this store for a specific item and every time I'm satisfied with the customer service.

Ordered curbside. Informed parked. Waited 15 mins and decided to go in. Cashier states they’re short staffed, handed items and receipt, walked away. Very unpleasant.

Just came home from this location and I am livid! I have lived off Cedar Lane for over 14 years now and shopped at this location. They now hired some "entitled" little girl that felt it was okay to disrespect the customer. I will be reporting ISABEL all the way up the food chain for her unprofessional attitude. If you don't enjoy your job, I think you should quit (very simple). This review will remain until ISABEL is GONE from this location. My parents have stocks with Walgreens, and it's a shame to see what customer service comes with it.

I had a prescription filled today. One of the cheapest ones. I have spent $950 last month on just one of my prescriptions, where the assistant at that time insulted me by saying it’s “really expensive.” Lol. As if I didn’t know. This trip was equally insulting. These people clearly need to learn that African Americans are professional and have wealth in this town. Today I chose to pay cash lol a whopping $2.25. The young girl (Latin or Asian) with long brown hair, pulled out her counterfeit detector to check if I was going to give her fake dollar bills. I asked her, are you seriously checking if my cash is real? I spend a good amount of money in this store lol. But seriously; you can’t get a prescription out unless you confirm your name, address, phone number, and have health insurance coverage. They have my whole identity lol. Do people really come into this store, to rip off $2 thyroid meds? Hilarious. I literally had to complain because I will not tolerate racial profiling big or small. $2.20 that I pulled out of a $600 YSL wallet. Silly girl.

The location is definitely newly renovated. Everything was organized well. The sales associate named Kathleen was kind enough to attempt to help me look for the item I was looking for. She even went above and beyond to check the system. Bhazi gives the store two paws up ?

I have never experienced treatment from a pharmacist that was so vulgar, discriminatory and judgmental in my life like I experienced from Grace Yeo the Pharmacist who is in charge. The staff is rude and not helpful.
