I will not go here! The manager is super racist against Hispanics. I went to send my pre paid box from Verizon and he did not send it back leading them to charge me in 3 months for fees of no equipment return just to get UPS returned it back to me. The whole racist act started on the same day I drop it when I try to send a package to Florida and he demanded, yes demanded my ID!! I ask why? And he said is federal law, i was like what??? Thats not truth AT ALL I always send packages via UPS,USPS and FedEx and never once my ID was requested (unless is a pick up of course) And then he stated it was not his fault I was undocumented, which I'm not but his prejudice didn't matter to him, when I refuse to spend my money here I ask to just return my box to find out 3 months later he never send it and I had to keep arguing with Verizon that I did. He's a horrible person and I would not send anyone here with him in charge. Trying to be a yt wannabe, as they can't see him, Disgusting behavior!

Went to the store to print a UPS pre paid label and was told that it would be 4 dollars basically. Which was about the same about I had to pay for shipping. Talk about overcharging. Go to Staples and print the label for alot less. Plus they have UPS pick up too. DON'T be at the mercy of being overcharged at this location.

Refused to take my Amazon return which was packed in a box. Attitude of the staff was extremely rude and cut up my box. It felt like they just wanted to sell me packing material.

Miguel was a pleasure to speak with. I was at their UPS Store in Teaneck NJ requesting some information regarding mailing a package. He was very knowledgeable and I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service.
