“After years of issues with my own post office, my fiance recommended I visit this location for help with mailing out our wedding invitations as he'd had a good experience here getting his passport photo and paperwork done. I have to say, it was a great rec as the women who were working were kind, patient, and helpful with not only me, but all of the other customers who were there at the same time, and some had much more complex mail situations than my own.”
“James is very funny and professional. He handles various types of requests fast and professionally. I went to a lot of USPS stores before and this is by far one of the best experience I’ve had.”

“I had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.”

Ali & Margie are courteous, helpful and friendly.the outside of the facility is embarrassing for the USPS, garbage, overgrown weeds, containers of rotten food left by the dregs of society on the stairs for 2 sometimes 3 weeks. does this facility not have a maintenance crew?”

“This place is quiet convenient and the workers don’t drag their feet. I’m happy with this place considering this side of Teaneck gets nothing.The people in this area of Teaneck are known to be pretty self centered and mean. With that said leave my boy alone he been there since before i was old enough to care about mail. Also we get this rinky dink usps while cedar lane side has a nice one. This side of teaneck doesnt even get anything so im not tryna lose this usps cuz yall cranky and inappreciative.”
