I left my brand new dress for a tailor procedure and it was returned like it has been used hundred times. It ended up with stains and snags! The dress was mistreated at all! The owners were very rude and wanted to call the police, horrible costumer service. They only refunded me the half when for they did, a total refund would be the best approach because I cannot wear the dress again. I would never came in again and not recommend to anyone.

This is my new cleaner and tailoring spot. I went there with a dress I wore for my 50th birthday and wanted it altered due to weight gain . I was told to get the material and I did. When I returned a miracle was created my dress was even more beautiful than before . I am so happy . Then I return with a few sweat shirts that have a cigarette odor ( I don't smoke) they clean and deodorize and give them to me better than new . The smile you get as you enter , welcomes you and it makes you feel that they will take good care of your items . Please take your items where you can trust they'll get the best care. Take them to Parisian cleaners on cedar lane in Teaneck . Thank me after .

I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and I love coming here. From the moment you walk in, you see the friendly faces of the shop owner’s wife and son. The prices are reasonable and they will always try their best to get your garments back to you ASAP! I am extremely happy to support this local business.

Brought a brand new unworn dress for alterations (shortening length). While in their possession a snap fell off and they refused to remedy the problem leaving a hole in garment where the original snap was located. Refuse to reimburse alteration cost nor pay for cost of garment which is now ruined. Female owner very rude despite being a long time customer. This is not the first time they have destroyed a garment but it certainly will be the last.

Hi thanks for Parisian Cleaners & Tailors. I love to visit this store more on a regular basis to do my laundry. The service is very professional, high quality and time consuming. I will highly recommended to visit this place for sewing, alternation requests. I also recommend the dry cleaning, as the speed is fast and the price is really reasonable! The workers in this store are very talented and they provide very good customer service!

Reading reviews here there is a common thread of misplaced and mistreated items. I and my sister had bridesmaid gowns, together worth over 600$, cleaned here and both were returned with what seemed to be massive ink or polish blots and they refused to take responsibility. Claimed we dropped off gowns stained although it is standard procedure to inspect items before taking for service. The owner (father of family business) was very rude and offensive placing blame on us and then threatening he would not deal with ‘our kind of people’, wanted to call police which frankly would have been the better decision had I not been pinched for time. It was my first and last time doing business here. I would not suggest going here for valued items but his social disposition turned me off completely and encouraged me to file small claims against the business.

They are earnest and mean well but over a period of many years the business has deteriorated. They lose things on a semi-regular basis and often do not have full orders done when they are promised. I’ve had to shuttle back and forth on numerous occasions to get my orders. I reluctantly left a couple of months ago
