It's very unfortunate to come to this hotel for a business trip and for Demitrus to treat customers the way he does. He has been very rude and unwelcoming to my family every time we have stayed here. I have been trying to reach a supervisor for the past two days and he picks up the phones and tells me there's nobody available but him. I finally got to speak to one of his colleagues and confirmed that Lauren was indeed there today but he would not give her my call.

First time in a Homewood suites that I really enjoyed the rooms.View was amazing of Manhattan, (my kids enjoyed the highway more), just annoyed it was cloudy.Pool is shared with Hampton so was a little crowded.Indoor parking is nice. The digital key works for the garage door but not to open the room with the elevators, so that's a little weird.

This hotel room feels more like a private villa than a hotel. I can definitely stay here again. The only I would say is the indoor pool needs to be a lot warmer if it's going to be open when the temperature outside is below 30 degrees. Also, this hotel is so beautiful and the staff is so friendly. Oh and how could I forget, please add a hot tub in the pool area..this is a hilton brand hotel so it was a little awkward when I realize there was no hot tub in the facility. Other than this minor things I love my stay. Wait one more thing, the TV has dish network so you cannot access your Netflix or Amazon prime TV accounts which kinda sucked but the TV quality was amazing and we was still able to watch some good shows.Rooms: Very spacious rooms, and nice fill kitchen with a 2 burner cook top but there is no oven.Nearby activities: My sister and I found a small town about 15 minutes away that offered a lot of stores and a movie theater. We ate at a seafood place called Dancin crab (I think that was the name) and the food was AMAZING, fresh and affordableSafety: I can honestly say I felt safe in this facility.

Terrible breakfast service, little variety and lack of space. Few tables and chairs and lines to get food.We asked for gluten-free bread, we sent an email before arriving, and they confirmed that they would have it, since they didn't have it.Rooms: Bad cleaning service.

This hotel was awesome! Their service was great and we went Christmas weekend. Our room was extremely clean and the hotel had a very new feel. The valet was courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good with options, I would have preferred some bacon as opposed to the turkey sausage, but that is being picky. The view from the room was spectacular at night. This is the hotel for me for my New York visits. I could not get over how clean the room was, and they allowed pets. That was great.Rooms: Very clean, and I loved the body wash.

Nice, spacious rooms. Great service. Visited near the holidays and they had a free hot cocoa station for the kids. Free valet, and in a nice location near the city.

Upon checking in yesterday morning around 9am, we were told to check back in by noontime, by that time our room would be ready. Just about 20 minutes before 12pm, I checked back and same middle age, the dark-skinned African American woman who we first spoke to, interrupted me mid-sentence in, and said in such a frustrated tone, "Check-in is at 3pm!!". I then reminded her that she just told us to check back at noon earlier. Her response was, "Yeah I know! We were sold out yesterday!". No apology on her end for misinforming us at all. The icing on the top was today this morning when she was again working the front desk. I told her some items were not stocked and is missing and need it as we are using the kitchen. I then start listing items: Hand soap, dishwasher detergent, chopping board, and a peeler. She looks at me in such a blank stare, confused. Her response was, "Hand soap? We don't have it, you are gonna need to use bath soap. We don't have chopping board or the peeler. We do have dishwasher detergent. I replied ok, and again with her frustrated look and stare, "Housekeeping will give it to you!".We waited for housekeeping to come, and no one showed up. After a day in the city, we got back a little after 10pm earlier tonight, seeing that she wasn't there, I asked the lady, (short, light skin, lean) if they had the items: hand soap, dishwasher detergent, chopping board, and peeler. She wrote it down and asked me to wait a second. She came back with two bar soaps and informed me would be sending housekeeping with the other items if she had them. Just a few minutes ago, housekeeping knocked to give us the chopping board (which we were told you didn't have) and dishwasher detergent.I wished I knew the African lady's name who works in the morning and has been providing terrible customer service. She needs proper training to provide positive customer service. Interactions with her has been 100% negative, while interactions with other staff has been the complete opposite in a very positive way, thankfully. Management, please fix this!

I recently stayed at Hilton and my stay was really nice. The room was clean, and went above my expectations. The staff was very helpful with the bus schedule. I will be using them

We booked a one bedroom suite. We checked in and it was not until we saw our room that we realized we were in a studio. The front desk should have told us that they switched our room on check in. We called the front desk and asked for our room and were told that the room we booked was still occupied and the occupiers were not leaving any time soon enough for us to occupy it (I never heard this excuse - what were they, squatters?} and staff would try to find us a one bedroom the next day but we had to be personally present at the hotel for the room switch at 2 PM. This was impossible as well as highly unreasonable as we had to be at the function we came up for and was the reason we reserved the room in the first place. Ultimately, we were given compensation for one night. The bedsheet did not fit the bed at all - the corner of the sheet did not reach the corners of the bed, so the corner sheet was essentially off the mattress the entire night and had the noxious habit of catching my husband's ankle in it, making exiting the bed a bit perilous for an elderly gentleman. A fall would've been catastrophic. I have never heard of a hotel that did not have proper sheets for fitting to a mattress. What were they, bargain seconds?? And the bed spread covering the blankets appeared to have been unwashed for a while. On the other hand, there were no bugs we could see.
