I recently stayed at this hotel and faced some issues. We tried to park ourselves, but the elevators were locked, and the key scanner was hard to find, so we ended up using valet parking. In our room, two out of three lamps didn't work, and despite calling the front desk, no one came to fix them. The bathroom door was also confusing since it used the closet door to slide back and forth. Overall, these problems made our stay less enjoyable, and I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

Hotel in New Jersey for a weekend in New York.
Negatives
- you could check in on the Hilton app. We chose a room to be on the same floor as the rest of our family. Finally, once we arrived at the hotel we were told that our room was not available. It seems that checking in on the app is not really effective.
- pool water was cloudy
- bedroom wall and window were dirty
- we did not have enough towels in the room for the number of guests
- must have a car to reach shops or restaurants
Positive points
- lunch included
- bus 167 to go to New York
- parking in free garage
- by car, near restaurants and shopping centers
- new, beautiful hotel
- 20 minutes from Manhattan (without traffic)
- animals are welcome

Truly loved our 4 night stay at this lovely hotel !! We would go back anytime ? All the employees are very friendly and helpful ! From the moment we walk in , to the gentleman that does the cleaning in the lobby, to the room maids and the kind ladies at breakfast that all greet us with a ? We want to say thank you gang for the great stay, we don't have all their names but we do remember Kim, Seneida and Ana ? The food was delicious ! Very cozy lobby in a quiet neighborhood.
Very nice rooms which are clean and spacious. Large indoor garage with security. Easy access to Manhattan from the front door bus service with the NJ Transit bus route 167T.

Senaida and Ana make a fantastic breakfast and are rays of sunshine in the morning! The hotel in general is clean, staff is friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Senaida was awesome. She greeted us each morning and was great with my small kids. More importantly she asked about our trip and helped us identify the bus stop and costs using the NJ bus to get into NYC.
As for the room, we stayed in the 6th floor, close to the hwy which is loud at night. A higher room closer to the elevators would have been better

They treated us very well, they are very kind and I highly recommend and congratulate the service of Ana and Yamil Gómez, they were very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We were in a hurry and they helped us with what we needed. I thank you very much for everything.
The rooms are very nice as are all the facilities. I totally recommend this hotel and congratulate the employees.

Free valet parking, free internet and free breakfast. Convenient location to get to NYC and airports. Clean room. Friendly staff. Convenient and clean, will use again when traveling into / out of NYC.

I really appreciated my stay here! I encountered some very very minor hiccups (nothing significant, the staff is awesome) and management and staff went above and beyond to ensure things were smoothed out. Also, I have to rave about the manager, Lauren. This young lady has such a kind, welcoming, genuine and sweet spirit. The housekeeping staff, front desk, everyone was so nice. The hotel is kept in IMMACULATE shape. It’s being cleaned 24/7. The gentleman at the valet helped me get my car seat situated, and as a single mother those small acts of kindness go a long way. The front desk staff (I will try to remember names.. Amy -I think her name is- and Demitri are the ones that come to mind) but they are alllll so sweet and nice. Oh and the breakfast is GOOD. Not just muffins and juice boxes but really well made hot breakfast. Overall, it was a great stay. I appreciate it the helpfulness of the staff and helping me iron out things and it seems like a really positive environment (the staff seem to get along really well :) I left feeling recharged and I look forward to returning! Thank you guys! ?

Terrible, they have laced me on the 10th floor all the way far from the elevator. My key wouldn’t work and when I called the front desk from my phone they wanted me to get down and get a new key, I refused after driving 5 straight hours and they finally came up with the right key. Not what you expect from a Hilton Hotel!!!!

On our Anniversary we stayed with Hampton, had an issue with towels, and it was really anything done special for our special day
