“I had to replace an alternator in my old (25 year) Oldsmobile. I checked out several places that I could walk to in my neighborhood and another via phone that was recommended by a friend. All were busy and couldn't get to the car for a day or to. Even though it was mid afternoon, Desmond at A&H said he could order the part and get it done by the end of the day. Not only that, but he was less expensive and much nicer than any of the others. Today I stopped in because I was given an outrageous estimate by Midas regarding a tire I'd purchased from them 5 months ago. It only had 4,000 miles on it and was worn down to the steel belt. And dangerous to drive on. They claimed it was because I had a wheel bearing and casing that needed to be replaced. Desmond was kind enough to take a look and I would have gladly let him do the work. However he was honest enough to tell me it wasn't that at all. It was a wheel alignment which needed to be done and yes he had told me that at the time he replaced the alternator. I just didn't do it - silly me. But thankfully I didn't spend crazy money at Midas for BS either. Unfortunately A&H doesn't do alignments but I will definitely go back there for other needs. And an honest opinion and an honest price. Highly recommended. Ask for Desmond if you call. He runs the repair garage.”

“I brought my Acura to Acura dealership in Ramsey and they estimated me 1500 for my brakes. Dealership told me I need calipers replaced as well. I decided to leave dealership and found this local shop in town PK AUTO CARE and brought my vehicle to them..the mechanic inspected my brakes and told me I need pads and rotors all around and I don’t need calipers he was able to explain that my slide pins for calipers were stuck and he is able to fix that for me without replacing calipers. I end up spending 800 and got everything done. Thank you for great service. Hamza & his team are very honest and will be coming back for my future repairs!”
