The air conditioning, and many or most of the refrigerated glass cases that hold beverages, have all been out of order for weeks on end now. It is too hot and miserable just being in there for a few minutes - I feel sorry for the employees that have to tolerate such conditions. Prices are not low, and a store so poorly maintained is a poor choice to shop in.

This place is great becuase they have deals on a ton of things. The only issue i have with this place is the selection of sodas, which could be better as well as the selection of snacks. Its pretty good all in all.

I ordered a Christmas Tree online to be shipped to the Teaneck store for pick up! When I check the status of my order on Family Dollar website, expected delivery to the store is 12/6/22....here it is 12/10/22 and my fiancé and I BOTH have been calling the store for damn near 4 hours, we were hung up on once, like they picked up the phone & hung right up and every single other call has gone UNANSWERED FOR 4 HOURS!!!! After I get my tree, I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE AGAIN!!!

Just went in the teaneck location and the temperature inside is the same as outside which is 9 degrees in this location right on 01/16/22. I ask the worker at register if the heat doesn't work and she told us they don't turn it on because it cost money to run it WHAT?????. That's illegal. I'm gonna make it my duty the right people know what is going there. I will personally email New Jersey labor board and email family dollar cooperate about this hostile work environment. The poor lady was wrap from head to toe inside with a scare on that's not ok with me.???

The cashiers are unfamiliar with any of the product's. If you have a question automatically you are given an attitude. As for management they are just as horrible in the Teaneck store. Whatever happened to the words "PLEASE" how can i help you or THANK YOU! "

The manager of this store is rude! No respect for the customers. Some people have no business in "management position", especially if you don't know how a human being is supposed to behave!

Clean store and excellent customer service!! Great cashier upfront specifically named Moses! Great employee with excellent service and conversation skills!! Great chat with Moses! Hopefully one day I can come in again and see him move up positions! I can see the potential just as a customer. I have huge management experience and I can see potential in this kid!! Otherwise great store and quick lines!
