The store itself is fine, no issues!
Trying to call and speak with someone in the pharmacy is another story. The vm system bounces you around and basically forces you to leave a message, that after 24 hours still hasn't been returned. How are the aged supposed to handle this if I am having problems? It's a disgusting practice that needs to stop. We should be able to speak with a live person with ease if we as the customer chooses to.

All CVSs in North New Jersey should be as prepared and stocked for the consumer as in the CVS at 540 Cedar Lane in Teaneck NJ.
They have the advertised sales/specials in stock and ready for purchase.
They have the coupon center machine operational and in working order, especially for the seniors w/o access to the website or smartphone app, and those with disabilities.
Lastly they have the staff and customer service available for the consumer, when others only have a machine that is on the fritz or is malfunctioning.
Other stores in Hackensack, Englewood, Fort Lee and Lodi are not as equipped and ready for the consumer, which is bad news for the CVS corporation.

They have their phone system so you can speak to a pharmacist about your prescription. Absolutely horrible.

Pharmacist named Amir messed up my prescription and he doesn't care. I am upset the way he treat the customer. He said that my prescription its not covered by my insurance without double checking it first. I called my insurance and told me that it was approved. Amir didn't process my medication and now i am waiting for my medication for almost a month. I would not recommend this cvs at 540 cedar lane Teaneck NJ. I hope the management read this message and do something.

I can never speak to a representative at this place.
There system always get transferred to voicemail. No one wants to talk to a machine.

If you schedule say closed at 1am, please close at 1 am, I go there at 12am at the night and they were closed

Love shoping at CVS. The hours are convenient, coupons come in handy and customer service is great. My #1 go to pharmacy!!!

I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me. She was very accommodating when I asked her a few questions, and she went above and beyond to assist me in signing up for a card code. I really appreciated her kindness. Even though I was in a hurry to leave, she was patient and took the time to explain things thoroughly to me. Overall, she was very polite, and I felt grateful for her assistance. She is an excellent worker, and I hope her manager recognizes her dedication and discipline on the job!

I always have great experiences at this cvs. I used my extra bucks that were going to expire and a few Covergirl coupons. Plus they had extrabuck rewards going on for cover girl so I took advantage. The woman who helped me was also super helpful. If i couldn’t recieve the extra buck (if it didn’t go through) she said she could help me.

The pharmacist has displayed serious discriminatory behavior against my parents. At first I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. However, after multiple occasions in which he rudely and mockingly responded to their questions and provided them with subpar assistance I decided to file this complaint. More specifically, there has been a pattern of issues and gatekeeping of my parents medications which is a severe violation of my parents rights and a danger to their health. I am extremely disappointed as my whole family gets our medications from this pharmacy for years without issue. Please contact me to discuss this serious concern and violation. Thank you.
