I’d like to know how any of these people at this particular branch got their jobs. As a client/customer, you want to be confident in knowing that you can call OR visit a branch and receive correct information the FIRST TIME!! Train your employees better, so they can communicate efficiently and not have people walking out of the doors confused. I hate Chase.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, I had an incredible experience here! Was greeted by about 5 ladies when I walked in. They were all so kind and so helpful!

Very unhappy people. I was asked "how can I help you?" Then after I exposed my 2 inquiries they tell me go home and do it online.. seriously the reason I went to the branch was to clear my concerns. Definitely I missed the old days when business where encourage customer service was their priority.
