Joshua, a bank staff member went over and beyond to help me with a complex problem I was having. I just walked in to see if I could get help and he immediately took on the problem and successfully resolved it. I highly recommend the bank and it’s highly professional staff for simple as well as complex needs.

Signed up for a credit card to do a balance transfer and Eljona demoshaj assisted me and gave me completely wrong information. I specifically asked if there were any fees associated with open the credit card and doing a balance transfer and I was told No. I was also told it would take 3-5 days for the balance transfer to occur and it took three weeks! I received a statement in the mail with a fee of $420 for doing a balance transfer! When I called her in regards to the fee she told me she doesn’t know why there is a fee but she will ask and see why they charged me. I then got a call from chase bank and they opened a case in which they spoke to the branch and her directly but she lied and said the fee wasn’t discussed. Chase refuses to waive the fee and they are complete scammers. Do not bank or do a credit card with chase!!!!!!

This is one of the best chase banks i have ever gone to. The employees are very cordial and professional. They worked hard to help me with a very complicated Trust issue (big props to Ernesto). I also have never had any problems with parking. The location is also very convenient for us. Nice people work here, especially the young man who’s sometimes at the lobby to greet and attend to clients (was his name Pablo? can’t be too sure), I don’t see him anymore though.

Can’t park because bank does NOTHING about all the shoppers parking illegally in the bank lot and takes 10-15 minutes waiting for a spot
