This is the perfect gym experience!! Pam is a superb instructor. I have followed her from gym to gym to gym and now to her very own! She caters to your specific needs and only wants the best for her clients. She pushes you to your limits which is what I would think most people would want in an instructor. Her studio is unique, clean, fun and provides all the energy you need to motivate. I highly recommend Pam and her gym- Body Rock Fitness!

I have been working out with Pam for years. She never disappoints! Now that Pam opened her own studio and gym I can enjoy so many different personalized workouts in a safe and clean environment. The workouts that I have done with her have been engaging, fun, and effective. Pam is always happy to help you find the best way to exercise for you!

I have never loved exercise in all my life- until now. When I was in college I met Pam and took her step and aerobics classes and she was a breathe of fresh air. Honestly, I spent more time sitting on my step and enjoying the energy and the music than I did doing the actual exercise. But now, just about 10 years later at her own studio; Body Rock Fitness; I finally found the right workout for me. I am lucky enough to work out with Pam 3 mornings a week. Her focus and attention on her clients isn’t the only reason to feel comfortable and safe on the micro reformer. She is patient, kind and just about the best. The workout makes me feel strong and healthy and the friendship and kindness gets me up and moving every time. ❤️

Working with Pam has been an incredible experience. I have been following her to different gyms and taking her classes for a few years and I was so excited when I heard that she was opening her own gym! Her gym is extremely professional and has all new equipment with different size weights and various equipment to utilize. Especially during this time of social distancing and Covid restrictions, I felt extremely safe in BodyRock with the hand sanitizers easily available and the cleanliness of the gym. I always leave Pams classes sweaty and feeling great! This holds true at her gym as well. I highly recommend Pam as a fitness instructor and BodyRock! You won’t regret it!

Pam is truly phenomenal. She spends the time to better understand your goals and customizes workouts to you. She has different options of what types of workouts you can do and helps you be a better you. She keeps things fun and new with each workout being different from the last. Her facility is clean, covid safe and she ensures all safety protocols. Highly highly recommend!

I started going to Body Rock Fitness in the beginning of the new year with the goals of gaining muscle and losing weight. I chose Pam at Body Rock because I had taken many of her classes when she taught at the gym I was going to pre-covid and she’s just the best. She is super positive, knows how to push you and get you where you want to go. I am the type of person that says “I can’t” a lot when working out, and Pam always knows what to say to push me through it and sure enough, I can! From kickboxing, cardio and Pilates she can get you to where you want to be. I personally love lifting weights with a combination of cardio and she customizes my sessions every time.She is taking extreme measures and precautions when it comes to sanitation and spacing out her appointments so she has enough time to clean. And it’s never smelled like strong chemicals nor have I felt like I couldn’t breathe, which is a huge plus during this pandemic!I have recommended Pam to a couple of my friends, and to no surprise they love her too. If you want to get in control of your health you need to try Body Rock Fitness!

Pam’s studio is amazing. She is a highly experienced personal trainer who is able to work 1-1 or in small groups to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are a newby (like me) or a workout maven, she can adapt to you personal needs. Her studio is outfitted with all your workout needs, including Pilates reformer machines, and is wiped down and cleaned between each use. She is so energetic and motivating, you feel her passion for exercise come through in each session.

Pam was excellent. Extremely tuned into our needs. There were two of us and she seamlessly adjusted the experience to our differing levels. You feel very safe with Pam as her knowledge is very deep and she is constantly checking in and making sure the form is good and she vigilantly and professionally spots you in the midst of the exercise, taking care that the motion is tolerated and is being done correctly. Pam is very encouraging and motivating.Further, she fully sanitizes afterwards with antiseptic sprays and uv lights. It further adds to the experience in feeling extra safe and cared for and about.

I have followed Pam around a the Bergen county gyms! Her classes are always well thought out, high energy and effective. Even after years of taking Pam’s classes I am still totally challenged and am sore after every class! Pam cares so much about what she’s doing and who she’s doing it for. It’s always a highlight to be able to train with her.
