Appliance Smart Repair came and repaired my GE microwave, that was giving me problems. They were.very knowledgeable & repaired my appliance the same day. Moses was very courteous & provided extra tips for a longer use of my microwave. I’ll be using them from now on! Great Company!!

I’m super impressed with Moses for being knowledgeable and explaining the issue with my dish washer and what needed to be done very clearly. I was a bit nervous since it’s my first time having an issue with any of my appliances and I didn’t want to be charged unreasonable prices. Appliance Smart Repair’s pricing was reasonable and economical. I appreciate the professionalism and I’m grateful for the great service given. Thank you for being very kind and helpful!!

My fridge broke down on Friday and I was so relieved when I found Moses! He came as fast as he could knowing the urgency of the situation. NOBODY WANTS WARM BEER! He came, did an assessment, and was very professional and affordable compared to the rest of the people that have their own Appliance Repair companies. He stepped out, grabbed a couple things that he needed for the job and fixed it faster than you can say “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”. I’ll definitely be giving him a call if anything else goes wrong and if you’re reading this…you should too ??

I have worked with Moses in the past and he is a great person and someone that knows his trade. He is communicative, respectful and honest. He never tried to sell me something I didn’t need nor did go back on his word. Highly recommend!! 5 stars!!!

We had a an issue with a refrigerator where food was not kept up to temperature. My fruits and vegetables would not last more than 2-4 days.
Moses came by and made a few suggestions that my husband and I considered. We didn’t feel rushed and were not pushed to make a quick decision. He is not only knowledgeable but was on time, and very professional. I will certainly call again if needed.

I recently had the pleasure of using Appliance Smart Repair for a major repair on my dishwasher, and I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the service was exemplary. Scheduling was a breeze with their efficient and friendly staff, who managed to fit me in at a convenient time.
The technician arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and had a deep knowledge of the appliance. I did not have a very good experience and would recommend all to proceed with caution and do not expect much. I want to simplify because it went wrong from the beginning and I should have not proceeded but I was vulnerable, had a flood and needed the help.
Quoted $70 for first look ($65 on website) he wanted $90 upon arrival because I had the flood, don't understand that but whatever, I did tell the person I made appt with I had a flood, so i was weary from the get-go,
He did a very quick assessment told my husband we needed a $300 part. Ordered it, came a week later, popped it in and less than 10 minutes told my husband he couldn't fix it, and don't even try, it was too old of a machine, it was a wiring thing maybe? and he doesn't do that. He spent really no time, didn't try, didn't offer suggestions about cost or other parts so WE could decide what WE wanted to do, He left me with a brand new $300 part. What? I called to try to understand exactly what he did and he did NOT return my calls, even after many tries. I wanted to ask about the brand new part, if i could return it or sell it. I left multiple messages that I would try to do it on my own and not involve him and just wanted the packaging and where he bought it. He just did not call back. He also did not leave the packaging for the new part which they normally do. That is what really upset me. I have to assume that perhaps the part was not new? In the face of no call back I can't help but go to the worse place in my mind. He is very unprofessional and I feel he took advantage. There was many ways to handle this and to help and he did none of them. He came to my home with the part over two weeks ago, I waited in hopes he would reach out, I am not a bad person. He never did. Just the call and i would not have written this review. It speaks to his character and integrity. He is either is lazy or just not very good.
To you response, I called you to talk with you and you just did NOT call back and ignored my questions on a $300 part, I would like the receipt and where it was bought, so i can take it up with them. I am happy to sell it back at very reduced price, or at least try. Under NO circumstances should a client not get a call returned. You did not call me back NOT even once. You choose to ignore my calls with questions and my texts. Very unprofessional.
