“Our car had a large white scrape on the front bumper. We stopped at two shops for quotes to fix. The first one was for $725 and take two days. At Pioneer, Dawn first noticed and hand-fixed a slight bend in a fender panel. Then she had a tech rub several “magic“ solutions on the scraped area. The white disappeared! They also applied polish and told where to get touch up paint. In a matter of minutes our car was looking great. And they refused any payment. We know where we will go (and recommend) for any future auto body work!!! Dawn made our day with her integrity, savvy, attention to detail and saving us $725.”

“My power steering failed in my driveway. Totally unable to drive. Used Absolute's recommend towing service. Transfer was very easy. The absolute staff was personal, understanding and VERY helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to fully diagnose the issue. They offered to just write off their cost. Not sure how many would do something like that. They arranged for the car to be towed to another site. I previously had taken two cars to them and were very pleased with their rapid repair. I will continue to use them as my vehicle repair choice. “They towed my big tool box on 8/4/2023 from my old shop to my new one courtsey of my new employer. They were very professional and took pride in moving it. Their driver Charlie and his rider/trainee=sorry that I forgot his name as I am not the greatest at remembering, took care in protecting the box, were in a well maintained flat bed and were fully prepared to handle and secure it during transport. I have used other tow companies and sadly they left alot to be desired which is why my box has "beauty" marks. They called to let me know they were leaving their yard, arrived at my old shop early, had it up on the bed in minutes then took time to secure and protect before we rolled out. For equipment moving I would recommend them again and again just off of this first experience. Drivers like Charlie are certainly harder to come across and a delight to deal with since he could be serious and focused on the task while also able to joke and take it easy. I appreciate your help and will be sure to recommend to any other techs in need of assistance in moving their tools if needed. Thank You”

“I never leave reviews but these guys deserve it. Went in to have my Silverado motor swapped and from the beginning they were very honest and willing to work with me, while doing the job they provided constant updates, they completed the job much quicker than I was expecting, along with that the work was flawless, their work quality matches their price, unlike other shops I’ve been to. They even called me to see how the truck was doing after the job was done. I can say I won’t go to another shop. If I could give 6 stars I would. Again, their customer service, quality of work, speed, and price is truly excellent.”
