JEFF W. is nothing but a thief !!! Sent his worker to my shop as they were in the area anyway and climbed a ladder that I placed there - only to read the spring part number tag that was there. Would not give me a quote until we finally had words. $690.oo for a $250.oo spring and $270.oo for the estimate. Then $200.oo an hour for however long it takes to do the install plus a half day lift rental. When I flat out refused that kind of money - he said he would come after me for the estimate charge which was never discussed. Left a truck and trailer on my lot for 4 hours - so I billed him $270.oo for storage !!! Then he offered to sell me his spring for $250.oo cause he said he would be stuck with it. Quite a businessmen there !! I did the job myself with a spring that was rated double the life of what he sells for $310.00 shipped. HE IS AN ABSOLUTE ZERO STAR FOR SURE !!!

Had them replace garage door after a storm and had them come back three times to correct. I gave up and called another door company and they made the necessary fix. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Being a non-profit organization, we try to keep our expenses down.Jersey Pines was our least expensive option of work. However, it certainly does not pay to go with the least expensive business. We had to pay for extensive repairs, after the door opener fell from the ceiling on the two parked vehicles causing damage.

BUYER BEWARE!!! After a lot of fundraising, Jersey Pines Overhead Door installed my volunteer first aid squad's new garage door, motor and track. We had to call Jersey Pines Overhead Door back several times to repair the door sensors immediately after installation. After a couple of years, our door motor and bracket fell from the ceiling striking and damaging the paint of our ambulances.Due to our organization's lack of trust of Jersey Pines Overhead Door's workmanship, we decided to call our previous door company for the repair. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently by the other door repair company. During the repair, it was identified that the door motor and bracket was installed improperly by Jersey Pines Overhead Door. The root cause of the failure was due to Jersey Pines Overhead Door missing more than one of the rafters while installing the door opener and bracket.
