I bought 5 gift cards for teacher appreciation week. There was no one but self check out up front and I was weary of buying gift cards at self check out. 3/5 of the 5 gift cards said error on the receipt not activated but charged me the full price of all 5 gift cards. The kid looked and called for the manager and she never came for 10 mins. I had to leave, the kid told me to call cvs. I asked if he had a number for me to call and he told me to GOOGLE it! I spent 25 mins on the phone with cvs for someone to tell me I’ll get answers in 7-10 business days. Very frustrated and wonder where the money for my 3 gift cards if it isn’t on the cards.

I decided, last minute, to create Memory Books, for my daughter’s graduation party. I chose 370 pictures. I had them printed at CVS in Tabernacle. They printed all of them for me so quickly. There was also a deal if I printed over a certain amount of pictures. After entering the PROMO CODE, I paid 12 cents a picture!!! This was a fantastic deal. The girl, when we showed up to pick up our pictures, was so kind!!! I was afraid they may be annoyed, because I had printed so many pictures, but she was pleasant and kind!!! Thank you CVS for having wonderful customer service!!!

Standing in line at pharmacy at exactly 1:29 (picking up medicine for my mom) when a worker said they will reopen at 2pm and would not help me just pick up a prescription. Terrible customer service! I am thankful I don't live in the area and can go to a different pharmacy.

Tried to use a 10 dollar reward coupon. Apparently, there are a bunch of things not eligible to purchase using the award and the only way to know is on CVS website.! Trying to checkout and blinding sun coming in the window that is missing a blind. Cashier also left post to guide a customer to a non-public restroom who came to the checkout after me. Then cashier returns and I want my coupon back so I can just leave. She would not give it back insisting on calling someone to help with the coupon. That person informed me I couldn't use the coupon to purchase juice. Big waste of time.

The people working there are not very happy. I am not sure if they are overworked and understaffed. I went there to buy Sudafed and you think I was purchasing something illegal. I was told to make sure "my signature was EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ON MY LICENSE." When I signed it, I was told "I guess it is ok". The person in the pharmacy wasn't very nice at all. This CVS needs a major customer service overhaul.

Again as I see in many stores with the self check out option lack of cashiers on check out. I didn't want to use self check out for the email coupons could not be read by self check out. Needless to say I had to wait until some one that appeared to be employed was yelled for. Self checkbout will definitely cost co millions a year and most likely lost customer base. The human interaction is being eliminated.

This a great place to buy personal, beauty, health care products, and much more. They also have packaged snacks, bottled and canned drinks. You can also pick up prescription medicine and receive seasonal flu shots.

The powers that be that are controlling what's happening lately with the CVS stores are apparently trying to run their business into the ground. Their latest dumb move is the installation of several locked cases for things like ordinary shampoos and air fresheners. The clerk said it was because of the shoplifting issue. So let me get this straight, you're trying to stop someone from stealing a $5 bottle of shampoo when at the same time you'll be sending your customers to other stores where they can get their purchases from regular shelves (probably at a lesser price too). You forced your customers to use self checkout but they're going to have to track down one of your elusive clerks to open your "Safe" to get a $5 product!! Duh! What is wrong with you people!!

Their pharmacy is TERRIBLE..on several occasions I have gotten a call that my prescription was ready and I get there and it was not only not ready but told me I had to wait, which ended up being an hour. They also tried to accuse me of having no insurance, which I’ve had with my employer for 18 years. They are awful and rude

so there is this Christine and she just stared at me and my friend for no reason, like we were just jamming to music. so maybe she can mind herself instead of being a creeper and stare at us....i hope she reads this!!!!

Not sure why they have such miserable people working in their pharmacy. Donna the pharmacy tech is very rude.
