I needed some help with payments for contractors and Sean, the Manager, was helpful and pleasant on the phone when I called - and he was the same - and better - when I arrived at the branch for help. I have been thinking about changing my accounts to another bank because I was not happy with the service or the representatives there - but now I will drive the extra 10 minutes away to bank at this location.”

2 Skeet Rd, Medford“Very happy with this location. I have been in a few times recently. I got a notary done at 830am. Got my online banking reset here. Did regular transactions etc. Staff has always been very nice to me and helpful. I also love the free coin counter. Highly recommend. There were a few 1 star reviews which seem to be someone who didn't know what time the branch opened and another person who doesn't understand that all large checks take a couple days to clear. Cashiers checks are not "as good as cash" as people say. That saying is about 20 years old. Having worked at a bank previously, I know that all banks put holds on large checks. Actually, my deposits seem to clear way faster at Republic than they did at a different bank. I look forward to seeing this bank grow.”

560 Stokes Rd, Medford“Della is great but Director of Operations for online banking needs to be replaced. I uploaded all my bills to online banking but it couldn't find one of my bills. I went to the bank we spoke to the Director on the phone and without asking any questions about what bill it was or trying to find a resolution he flatly says to just send a check out for that bill. I can see why that bank is so far behind on everything.”

“First and foremost, the staff is wonderful. Being the original beneficial bank personel. But ever since it switched hands, I've had nothing but problems.extra charges, my account getting screwed up and one day a head ceo of sorts was in and she was rude. The teller was trying real hard to keep the line going, but people were getting antsy. I brought it to her attention and she shook her head as she dismissed me. Then went to our branch manager on what I said about the teller needing help. How unprofessional. But her attitude does not reflect on the staff there. Just glad she's not there all the time.”
