If you have a mailman that goes the extra step, don’t take him/her for granted.
Gotta love a new mailman who has decided not to have any flexibility and just not deliver everyone’s mail because of “parking” issues.
“Can’t get out of the truck” “can’t back up” In a neighborhood where lack of parking is a daily inconvenience, there has to be a little give and take. If I’m not mistaken, the truck has to be exited to deliver a package to the front step of the house.
Considering there hasn’t been an issue for 4 years and all of the sudden! In a town with $12.000 property taxes, a better job should be expected.

They completely lost my package in transit it was time sensitive as I paid for expedited delivery & also a gift. im extremely disappointed. it's sad when I use UPS or FEDEX there is never an issue however the post office it's always a problem unreal. How does a package completely go missing

I had an issue with my package forwarding and went to retrieve them. I was a little worried reading reviews but every employee (3) I encountered was helpful and kind.

Terrible. I Never received my package. When I contacted the company they told me it was tracked to the Sewdsboro Post Office a while ago and package was still there at the Post Office. They were baffled and so am I. I cancelled the order and was reimbursed. If the package happens to arrive I will advise the company.

This is one of the most inefficient post offices I have ever had to deal with for many reasons. I sent a payment for a legal issue via certified mail, return receipt, signature required. The card came back without a signature or a date of delivery. I know the payment was received, because it has been cashed.Michael and Amy were incredibly unhelpful and did not care that the situation needed to be resolved within six more days. They were unprofessional and rude. They are not an asset to the postal service.

I have not been to this location or am I a local. I just wanted to leave a review for Amy who works at this location. I had a request in with USPS & she went above and beyond to update me with everything that was going on, even if there was no update yet. Thank you Amy!

A post office so terrible, I want to move to another zip code. If I could give it zero stars I would. Always choose UPS or Fedex if you received packages because this post office will deliver to the wrong address or lose completely., ONCE a month I have to go in to find a package that was delivered to the wrong house/mailbox. To say this location is incompetent is being kind - they are the absolute WORST!
