Sold me a defective car with an inappropriate car warranty . I bought a Maserati and they sold me a Chrysler warranty and Maserati dealership will not honor it for repairs if I need repairs. I couldn't take my car back to them to diagnose the problem right after I purchased the car. They referred me to a shop that said there was nothing wrong with the car. I recently found a reputable shop that diagnosed the problem and made the repairs, which was very expensive. They said that they changed the oil and examined the car and there were no problems. Shortly after I bought the car the oil light came on. I trust in God not man.

I had such a great experience, working with Mike Jr! He's such a great guy! Spirit, is lucky to have him there! He really made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. When I told him what I was looking for, and what I wasn't looking for, he made it happen! I would absolutely go back to Mikey Jr, when I'm ready for my next vehicle! And I'm definitely telling all my friends! And Angelo, the sales manager is a great guy! He is a straight shooter! He along with Mike Jr, Made the whole process of buying a new car, a pleasure!

this dealership was the best ive delt with in the past but recently they have dropped the ball. the service manager will only talk to me by texting and that is hard for me with the job i do. i brought my rebel in for cracked rims and they had a hard time finding what fuel rim it was so i sent them a normal pic of it from the internet and later i found out i sent them a pic of a 20 inch rim. okay that could be put on me thats fine no problem there. they ordered the right size and it was a 22 inch rim but didnt think of checking how wide the rim was. called me and told me it was ready to be picked up 3 weeks after i dropped it off picked it up now my tires that i just bought 3 days before taking it to the dealer now after a week found out myself they ordered 12 inch wide ones and now my tire is getting destroyed every time i turn. the owner wont get involved in this because thats why he pays other to handle it but how can someone handle it if its only over texting?? all i wont is to talk to someone about this over the phone and make it right and that just wont happen!!!!! i just want my truck to be how it was when i picked it up the day i bought it! if i dont hear back from someone on the phone by the end of monday i will be contacting ram to let them know whats going on and if i have to go further with that to make sure i get the service that i deserve and others will as well. since i cant replay to your response you guys had the truck from the VERY beginning on june 9th for 3 weeks straight and i never picked it up till i called about it rubbing on 7/3/24 so you guys can do the math and stop lying about me not bringing it back to get it right
