Lousy steaks. I paid a lot of money to have them shipped here. I get better steaks at Sams. Their meat is overrated. Order somewhere else. Very disappointed. QVC does a good job promoting these lousy steaks. Stay away from Rastelli meats. Rip off!!!

OTR drivers might need some patience with this place. They can take their time. The docks 1 through 6 are pretty tight. But they have clean restrooms.

I wanted to change it items in my box. I went to the website and called the phone number, but unfortunately it was disconnected. So I called corporate and they were so obliging to me that I absolutely thought they were the best thing since peanut butter and jelly. I will continue to use Rastelli’s forever.

The WORST frozen Pub Burgers!! My family could not even eat their dinner!! It smelled like wet dogs when I cooked them. I honestly have never tasted such vile food in my entire life. Do not waist your money with this company

I ordered a set of the Bubba Q ribs. They were honestly disgusting. The texture was disgusting, the flavor was gross. We spent almost $100 to have two racks shipped. And we threw about 85% of it in the trash. I wrote requesting a refund, waiting to hear from them.Honestly, the ribs were among the worst food I ever ate. A McRib from McDonalds would be tastier. Cafeteria food at a hospital would be better. This was truly disgusting.Waiting for my money back...

Contacted customer service 4 times, no returned calls. Contacted the receptionist, no returned call. Tried to submit a customer support request via the website, the form did not work. Tried 6 times to understand if the food I have is still good, because there are no "best by" dates on the packaging. Terrible.
