Jules Pools is a 100% class act. They have gone above and beyond to help us with our pool needs including a pool problem that had absolutely nothing to do with them, yet they helped anyway. Christine really went out of her way, and we are so grateful. There are great people and great companies still out there and Jules Pools is proof of that! Thank you Jules Pools!!

After getting a heater installed it never really worked. Prior to this it was arguments over n over about dates cancelled dates etc. I asked for a refund to end it to no avail it’s been hell on earth. After coming out a couple times even though the continued to argue more, the heater does not work. Then I was told off by one of the workers on my property then I was a used if being aggressive, I’m frustrated etc. then I was told well since you keep calling now u gave to call The manufacturer/warranty. I have as on phones for days trying to do that. Finally, I just gave up. The heater was about 6 grand. I found out, the one I had was not that old and could have been fixed. They convinced me to get a digital one on and on. Now I’m stu j. Two summers in a row. It may come on. It may not. It just cuts right off and I have to keep cutting it back on by playing with calves etc every time. Then back off. Cathy horrible. She got so smart with me n don’t understand that I’m frustrated. Never wil I recommend them. I’m so outdone with cold water in my pool.

I was looking for a robotic pool vacuum. This is a huge purchase and when I contacted Jules Pools, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. However, with numerous calls to Chrissy, I realized the limitations I have (no wifi poolside), etc and I made a purchase this afternoon. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the vacuum is all that I'm hoping for, but I know the experience so far has been fantastic! Thank you Chrissy for all that you did - your knowledge, patience and understanding were greatly appreciated. I'm going to recommend you to anyone who asks! I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

We've had a great experience with Jule's! We choose them for our pool installation based on the recommendation of a neighbor and have been so pleased at the communication from Chrissy and the work done by Damian and their installation team. We have since recommended Jules to two more neighbors who are installing with them as well.

Great pool company! They really know what they are talking about! They built a beautiful pool in my yard and fixed my neighbors existing pool the following season! Friendly people with a lot of knowledge.

Ordered a pool from these guys. Order didn't show up on time. Customer service was pretty much non existent. Not willing to help with anything when contacted. I would have to assume there's better options out there I just should have done my research.

3 trips in one week to them and issue was never resolved (cloudy pool). They just kept telling me to buy more chemicals. The people working there average about 15 years of age with no experience dealing with pools.

Had a really big problem looking for a part for my Polaris booster pump. Chrisie at the store went above and beyond to make sure I had that part so that my pool was running and being cleaned so often these days no one goes the extra mile. I will say that Chrisie truthfully is a great customer service rep. Thank you for everything.

DO NOT USE JULES POOLS!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Biggest regret of my life. This entire process has been a nightmare and please spare me the response of telling me you do not have me listed as a customer, you know who I am. Anyone thinking of using Jules Pools to install a pool, please do not. My husband and I have had to handle most of the responsibilities. The communication is terrible, you will receive no updates or information unless you call the store multiple times asking for one. The only reason our pool was ever delivered was because we googled the freight company and called ourselves, then we were asked by the manager of Jules what number we called….it’s a joke. Our permits would have never been done had my husband not called the township and spelled out for Jules exactly what was needed.
We have been lied to, disrespected, threatened and retaliated against due to our numerous complaints. The customer service is horrible, the manager is rude and the owners are disrespectful and incompetent. We started this process in March and we are still staring at an incomplete pool and a destroyed backyard! It is so bad we have obtained a lawyer. At this point, I would just like the job completed so we can walk away from this living nightmare and never have to deal with this company again, I’m so sorry we ever chose Jules Pools!

After dealing with other pool stores in the area and all their problems I decided to give Jules a call. I scheduled my pool closing and then that went smooth. I then had a problem with a leaky pump. I called them on the 14th of this month and the scheduled date for service was Monday the 18th. The tech arrived first thing and found another problem there was a cracked part on the pump that needed to be replaced, the service techs called ordered the part and stated that the part would be in on Wednesday the 18th and someone would call to let me know when the part was in. Wednesday passed I finally called then end of the day on Thursday the 21st when I finally got a hold of someone they said the part came in but they couldn't find it so they had to be reordered and would be in on Friday the 22nd. Friday came I called and was told that the part wouldn't be in till Tuesday the 26th called on Wednesday the part was still not there called again on Thursday was told the part was in and they were sending a tech out in the afternoon to install can you guess no tech came. Finally called again Friday morning the 29th was told that someone should be out today for install the part still nothing. Have a salt pool that hasn't been running for almost 2 weeks been running my pool robot almost 24hours to keep the water circulating as well as buying chlorine. Seems no one there can give anyone a straight answer as to what is going on. As far as their customer service it is lacking I guess I will be back to the old pool place and let my neighbors know to stay away as well.
