This was the worst experience I’ve had with H&R Block. I have been using Block for years and it was The worst this year. Then they changed me $599 after years of using them. I’m never going back there. If I could give less than 1 star rating I would!!!

For the past several years, I have been using H&R Block for my taxes. My tax person, Bill, completes my taxes quickly and accurately. He looks for the most deductions I can get every year and I really appreciate it.

5 stars? If you're kind enough to pay thousands of dollars here to file your income tax and your 1099, you're more than welcome here. Some protocols will just make thousands of dollars out from your pocket

We have used H&R block for over 10 yrs. Our taxes can be a little complicated due to the fact we have to itemize all of our medical deductions. We've always had great tax representatives and appreciate all they do. The only reason I didn't give them 5 gold stars is because the cost is so high. I don't understand why new customers get discounts but those with over a decade of loyal service get nothing.

Horrible experience! My man had to pay over 8000 dollars out of pocket because the woman who did his taxes had no clue what she was doing! I do not recommend using Cathaleen Carpenter to do your taxes! We will never use H&R Block again! Thanks for costing us money that we didn’t even owe! We will be filing an amended return with someone who actually knows how to do taxes!
