Stayed here for a friend's wedding, room was nice, comfy big bed lots of outlets drawers counter space nice bathroom, chair/daybed big flat screen, actually working and fast courtesy Internet and working climate control spacious rooms.I've stayed at a lot of hotels and what set this apart was the front desk person I think her name was Sheila. She went above and beyond multiple times. Checked us in fast and smoothed out our stay multiple times being kind generous and sweet. Sheila truly was exceptional, beds and sheets more comfortable than most,Wawa being basically 150 feet away makes for added convenience. Thanks again to Sheila!!!

Horrible I stayed here for a week and a half and one of the housekeepers had the nerve to ask me was I a guest and asked what room was i in due to me sitting downstairs with my laptop for a couple hours after my wife was alone in her room. Never felt so embarrassed and I waste my money being treated like this.never coming back to this place ever again.

The hotel was a real mixed bag. Feels tired, beds were very comfy but no instructions on channels to tv, plug in bath is rusty and fitting loose in wall. Blind to window ripped and room smelt a little damp on arrival. We had to chase to have our room cleaned.Sunday night no bar, we are not big drinkers but my wife fancied a glass of wine only to be told no bar on sundays or room service, as it doesn't make enough money?? It's not what you would normally expect in the hospitality industry. I don't remember receiving a discount on my sunday night booking as facilities were reduced. There are still signs saying that these facilities are avalible on sunday. On the whole the staff were friendly, lady on sunday breakfast was very professional and friendly, lady on friday seemed very bored with her career choice. We wont be staying here again. Feels it lacks strong management. As a regular user of IHG hotels this was disappointing.NB: your generic responce doesn't bode well. The same responce is repeted to other customers. Nor does it answer any of the questions raised. Lack of hospitality on a sunday, room was tired, things broken etc. This is not staff learning, these are managers responsibilities.

The room was clean. The gym was more than adequate. I didn’t go in the pool but several folks were enjoying it. The breakfast was much better than the average “continental” mess. But most of all, the service was just so good that I felt at home. I Guess their rate was cheaper because of the age of the building? But it had no effect on the room or my stay in general.

The room was a good handicapped accommodation. However, it smelled awful. I sprayed and thought it helped, but when I returned to the room, the odor was overwhelming. I called the front desk at least 4 times to be moved, but no one answered. My disability prevented me from walking out to the front desk, and I would have needed assistance to move. So I just stayed. It was miserable. I left by 8a.m. the next morning. The staff at the desk apologized and adjusted my bill.Food & drinks: I was attending a birthday celebration and the food was good, the staff was a bit over bearing with collecting of the dishes, utensils and glasses.Noteworthy details: Overall pleasant staff.

Over $190 for 1 room for 1 night and that didn’t even include breakfast which was a separate fee. But the other 2 nearby hotels were booked up and my wife \\u0026 I were exhausted after driving for 14 hours. So, we ended up staying here. The hotel lobby was nice though. The room was fairly nice too. There wasn’t an ice machine on floor 3 for some reason. I had to go down to the 1st floor lobby for that after getting no answer from the front desk when calling them from the room phone.

My recent stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. To put it bluntly, the overall experience felt like being in an overpriced dumpster. I had high hopes when I opted for the all-inclusive breakfast, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete letdown.

As far as hotels go it's an average hotel. In my opinion it is over priced. There is no view except for the highway where you can hear traffic going by when the TV in the room is not on. The room and bathroom are just a regular hotel room but no where to put your clothes except a small closet no drawers to keep your clothes it's not fancy but it's clean. I don't like the TV setup with the microwave and mini fridge right under the TV and the mini fridge is on the floor which is very odd considering there is a cabinet for it? It does have a nice chair in the room and bench to put your shoes on which is something I haven't seen before in a hotel along with a portable desk and chair area. Free wifi and you're right off the exit of 295. Plenty of food options in walking distance. In my opinion if location is your priority and your company is paying the bill I would recommend but if it's your money I would look around there's much better value close by. When I checked in at the front desk the woman was on the phone dealing with what seemed like a personal issue (but not my business) but I had to ask what the rate was after she had already charged me. $175 a night plus fees, my total bill for 2 nights $425.97 on hold as I'm assuming probably $50 held for possible room charges. I should have booked online as it seems I would have saved but was last minute.

Overall, a very enjoyable experience! The rooms are dated, but kept clean. Amenities are more than adequate, and the front desk will provide you with any standard item -- toothbrush, toothpaste, and so forth -- you may have forgotten. There is also a bar/restaurant in the lobby. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The bartender, Zanzi, (a seasoned mixologist) is awesome! She is a delight and makes great drinks!Below are some photos from my stay.

We've had a terrible experience at this hotel... We were awakened at all hours of the night by people coming in and out of their room and taking loudly until the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. At that point we rush out of our rooms, quickly head outside with our terrified 9 yo and wait in front of the main entrance where we were mixed with a group of drunk people. We were expecting someone from the hotel to guide us or tell us weather it is safe or not to return to our rooms. No one ever came and we ended up learning that someone had sprayed fire extinguishers in the halls so we went back to our rooms. This seems like a party hotel and we hardly got any sleep.
