Service is ok. Good 80 percent of the time. I had to get a couple of jobs redone somewhere else and actually left me stranded one time because of loose coolant hoses after a new radiator installation But recently trying to purchase a new truck through this location was just about impossible. I guess because I am not a fleet cookie cutter truck. I got one speck done,had questions about other trucks and options. I could not get any further help without a loan application being completed. It was obviously because the salesman was annoyed and didn’t want to be bothered,or was unable to answer my questions without getting help from engineering. Every question took days. I could get the first speck sheet but not anymore after that without a loan application which pulls a credit score. So I called their competitor about 1 hour north. In 1 half hour conversation every question I had was answered easily and I learned more about Daimlers trucks, weight differences, options,etc. without running every question through engineering. Just knowledgeable salesman that could pull up previous records of sales and knew their products well. So my choice is easy at this point and it will not be transteck. I will use them for service and parts. Mainly because the have a lock on the market in our area. So the choice is by default. But if you are looking for a customized truck ordered. Look elsewhere. I tried a transteck up north after being disappointed in my experience at first. And the 2 salesman are buddies I guess, so he would not help me either. I guess Transteck would rather lose a sale as a company then allow me to choose where I want to buy from or who I want to deal with. If you are going to sell trucks , know your product,weights,etc. these are called specks and you should have this knowledge. Either in your head or on records. Also every repair in service you have to prepay. Only place I know of that does this in my experience. So you prepay top dollar and the jobs are done correctly 3/4 of the time.

Very unskillfull team of mechanics, who is ready to manipulate prices and amount of work just to let down trucks down the road. For O/O invested in their equipment: AVOID this place.

They did good work on the unit, but please be aware that a simple inverter breaker reset will cost you almost 500$

Total ripoff. 2nd time I used them for repairs 2nd time I was ripped off. Took it to a another freightliner dealer it was fixed in 4 hours 3 grand cheaper they have no clue what they are doing.

Diagnostic DEF ligth blinking ,stop engine ligth and drive 5 mph.Result: Need new MCM box, 2 DPF, and starter for $7500.1 week later it came back the same problem.I took my truck to another freightliner dealer they found DEF pump bad.The problem fixed. Another bill $7500 for 3 repair but rejected .

I really can’t say enough about this location. We received excellent service from everyone involved. From Kayla our service writer to Rob the shop forman to our technician Matt. Everyone went above and beyond to help us get in and out.
