Need a rental for my car that is going into the auto body. Called Enterprise and was told that in addition to the $30/day that my insurance is covering, I'd need to pay an extra $30/day to be in the same vehicle size as mine being serviced. Told the agent at the store that I would call back. Called back 10 minutes later and was told that I'd need to pay an extra $48/day to be in the same vehicle. When asked about why the price for this vehicle changed in a matter of 10 minutes, I was given a lame excuse. The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Swedesboro is a COMPLETE SCAM!!! Ownership or Management must have changed because I've rented several cars from here in the past and never had this poor of service.

Customer service was excellent. Car was super clean and very good on gas mileage. Drove A total of 9 hours in 2 days an only used bout a tank of gas total. Even received this cute little message about 3/4 of my way to my destination. Will definitely use Rent-A-Car again for my rental needs

It's 11AM. Husband needs a rental. I reserve a car online. Plenty of cars available when you ride by. We're in the middle of a PANDEMIC, who's renting a car in SWEDESBORO, NJ?!?!? Agent told him there's NO AVAILABLE CARS until 4:30pm. Not after John Lewis told us GOOD TROUBLE!!!!
