Worst service in my life this guys they don’t know how to fix bicycle and yet they are trying to fix truck first time when we brought they charge us 828.48 just for diagnostic after they did diagnostic they conclude that there is some glitch on def doser on circuit and that’s normal on north east when weather is( never heard more dumb explanation in my life) driver came today picked up truck drove truck for about 30 miles and got same codes for derate(dpf doser) and they did diagnostic again and first told me that wiring is bad and 5 minutes after that doser is bad when I asked them what’s going because first time they told me it’s glitch caused by a bad weather second time they told me it’s wiring third time it’s doser, than asked them what kind of guarantee they have that doser is bad when at first they claimed it’s glitch although when they brought truck at first time I told them that doser is bad and they should check on that first their answer was that there was a glitch and that’s why I had those codes for doser, and after I said that they are asking too much for doser replacement and that they already charged me for nothing they told me to tow my truck from their shop property otherwise they will impound truck and trailer by 6PM. It was already around 2-3 PM when this happened. Very short notice. So guys please stay away from these scammers and mechanics for bicycles which I doubt they know even how to fix bicycles….

I bought an orange t680, very nice by the way, but the truck came with many problems. The truck is used but when you go to a dealer you don't expect these things, these people don't inspect the equipment they receive from a trade. many problems but the biggest one was the transmission, it had a month of warranty and when I told them that there were problems they tried to avoid me and have me come back later when I had more time, when I had another problem with the DEF I took it and asked them to check the transmission because it was They did not want to do it within the transmission deadline, in the end they only changed the transmission wiring and the truck remains the same. Do not come to this place to buy a used truck.

The people at Liberty Kenworth service department were awesome!! Came in on a Monday 12/18/23 with an engine derate and they were friendly, courteous and let me know what was going on with the repairs. I was in and out in a day and considering how busy they were and the time of year was better than I expected!! Will definitely use them again if I need service and am anywhere near by!!!

My experience was definitely the best. I was so tired from work yesterday. I went after 10pm couldn't make it earlier working. I was tired my self and I know they were probably tired working all day. From the moment I came in AJ opened the door with a smile on his face. I couldnt even tell they were tired. Aj, Frank and Fernando assisted me in getting the parts I had ordered and bought more. They answered all my questions were very helpful and attentive. Thanks for the assistance always. Great place.
