Literally horrible. Pretty sure the guy who did my nails has never done nails before. My natural nails were very long before coming in. He shaped them but they were very crooked so I asked him to straighten them out, he shaved down the entire nail. No cuticle care. Polish explains itself in the pics. Will not be back.Services: Manicure

Terrible, didn’t prep my nails and they look terrible. Literally just glued a tip on and put on the acrylic didn’t push back cuticle or trim my nails, nothing. He didn’t even alow me to wash my hand after drilling my nails which was extremely painful. They are very uneven and different shapes. Even the polish is horrible.

This is the worst nail salon ever. Booked an appointment over the phone for gel pedicure and dip powder manicure with 2 finger design. The owner told me the price for the gel pedicure is $40 and the manicure will be 60+ design fee which is fine. Got there and chose my colors as directed. Finally get me on the table after 40 minutes and I showed her the design, she started to file my nail to add the set and she stopped to look at the design again. She started yelling that she doesn’t have time to do all that, I can just use regular gel with no design (a service that I’m paying for). I said no, she then proceed to fight me, I don’t have time for all that, I left to find another place. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Shout out to Serenity Nail salon, amazing customer service and beautiful ambiance. Check them out.Services: Manicure

Do not go to this place.- I went to the nail salon today. They charge the same prices as anybody else in the area and their service is beyond unacceptable.- My nails are ruined, already chipped (see little holes in the pictures), badly trimmed, uneven, my cuticles weren’t even pushed to trim them correctly resulting in some cuticles trimmed, some others not, and some trimmed unevenly, there’s nail polish on my cuticles, nail girl decided to use nail files on my cuticles after applying all the gel coats making them look horrible and running my cuticles, and creating little holes in the nail polish, among others. See pictures- I want my money back. There’s no email to communicate with a manager but if the manager of this place is reading this comment, I would appreciate if he/she could at least contact me to give me my money back. I don’t want store credit as the service is clearly terribleThis is the worst manicure I’ve ever had.

Full set acrylic nails was the service I got done, even though the tech was fast it was so painful . She nearly burned me on every finger with the drill, and filed my fingers . All my nails are lumpy and crooked. The towel was hot as hell, completely rushed. Never again .Anyone on here that gave 5 starts probably got bribed with a discountService: Acrylic nails

Excellent overall. Great work. Very clean. Friendly staff. They asked about my comfort constantly. I hardly have nails as they are starting to grown in stronger, no pressure to and acrylic or tips etc. Walk-ins welcomed.Services: Pedicure
