To be racially profiled by a employee today and disrespected at the customer service desk, while trying to send money today at 9:30am. I come to acme daily and spend for grocery’s and also to send money for my business. And I have a strong relationship with employees by first name at this location.
But I will not deal with the disrespect, watch who you hire and how they talk to people!

This place is trash. I come and get groceries only to have to fricking pay for reusable bags, they don't even give you the option with paper or plastic bags. I'm in town for work, I'm not going to haul some reusable grocery bags home with me. What exactly did I expect coming to this garbage blue state anyways? Hope I never have to set foot here ever again.

Very sad that the deli closes at 1:00 pm. Apparently they don't have enough help. Anyone who goes grocery shopping here should be aware.

good thing i look to see if they have toliet paper in the stool before dropping the browns off i had to walk across the store to get toliet wipe because no one here to be found for an issue like this but i took upon myself to get to supplies from your own facility to use Cottonelle flushable wipes. Bathrooms should be number one Priority

After working a long day, I stopped at my local acme to get a few groceries. While entering the store I grabbed a small buggy for my items, and the wheel was completely discombobulated. The store was set up really weird. But overall I do recommend this Acme.

I'm a fan of this grocery store. It's very clean and spacious. I grew up in Beckett, and I currently live in New York City, this ACME is WAY nicer than most grocery stores you find in the city. It might be pricey but it's the only grocery store in Beckett. As someone else mentioned, the produce section isn't the best, but otherwise you can find almost anything in here. I basically walk in, grab my items, pay, and head home - the employees have always been really nice to me.

I have been shopping at this ACME almost since it opened at this location. On the positive side for this ACME is the high quality of meats and the produce far surpasses Shop Rite. It is very clean location and most of the older employees who have been there a while are VERY courteous & helpful. On the negative side I will no longer be shopping here except in a tight pinch. I'am referring to the young & new cashers that the NEW manager must have hired. They have absolutely NO knowledge of any products or discounts when they have a price problem. They should be better trained rather than being thrown at a register and letting automation do the work. Another potential problem I have noticed are the electric carts they have now for the just lazy customers faking the disability thing.

Customer service remains atrocious here. It really is a joke. Came in today only because ACME had a major sale on something I needed to stock up on, and I had some rewards points to use up before they'd expire. Get to the register, ring thru my bulky items, start entering my phone # for Rewards ID when the machine won't let me finish, just wants me to pay. I explain to the cashier that I have points I've redeemed and need to use, she is frustrated too and says the machine "keeps doing that" since they "upgraded" something or other...she has to call over someone else to try to fix it. He comes over, shrugs, and just tells me to call the 800 number on my receipt to fix it "or else we'll have to ring everything up again." I say fine, ring it up - they weren't that busy, I didn't have that many items (like 14-15 and mostly the same thing), I want my credits without having to wait on the phone. He looks annoyed and storms off, the cashier was apologetic and happy to re-ring me so I could get my discount. But this isn't the only time I've had issues with the customer service reps here either not knowing how to fix errors or not wanting to deal with problems/just passing the buck to the 800 number. I had issues during this last round of Monopoly as well. Anyway, in case I needed another reminder to stop shopping here... there you go!

I gave this location high marks because their shelves have always been stocked if I needed something. Sure their pricing on items can be higher. That's why I comparison shop and go somewhere else when necessary. The Starbucks may get complaints on speed but I see it as service with a smile and an apology if they were slow.
