What pharmacy is closed on weekends only Walgreens I been to where the pharmacy closed on Saturday and Sunday. I have debris in my eye and need prescribe eye drop to prevent infection and lost of eye sight, but there closed shame. People just don't wanna work anymore. And on top of that there automated message calls me to tell me my prescription is ready but there CLOSED. They need to close it down. If my eye is lost a lawsuit will be filed. Why is nothing done about this

The store itself is fine and dandy HOWEVER is this not first and foremost a PHARMACY? The first time I had a prescription sent there, no one was working during lunch or something absurd like that (closed for like 3 hours). Then today (a Saturday) I try my luck once again, the pharmacy is completely closed so I call to find out when will it be open again? Not until MONDAY, 2 days! How on earth is this acceptable service for a pharmacy, tbh just shut it down at this point bc it's truly the source of a gigantic headache than anything else. I like the store, cashiers, also it's super close to me but this is incredibly ridiculous. Just be store and nothing more.

I finally changed pharmacies. Walgreens has failed me 4x with critical prescriptions stating they"can't get it" how are you a pharmacy if you can't get medications being ordered by Doctors for patients with critical medical conditions.

I used the store part (not the pharmacy) and have no complaints. Had everything I needed.

Horrible pharmacy, refill on line is absurd, never ready when you go to pick up perscription. Transferring scripts to Shop-Rite has been a nightmare. I will never again use a Wlagreen pharmacy.

Generally it’s fine, but here’s the problem the pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday, but they will accept your prescription sent over from your doctors office. So in this case my daughter has an ear infection the prescription is accepted but I obviously can’t pick it up because the pharmacy is closed. I call the doctor back to have it sent to an open pharmacy and bc it was already accepted by this closed one I have to pay full price instead of my insurance copayment. I can see having limited hours but not being completely shutdown for 2 days

TL:DR - Store part is fine. Pharmacy is a train wreck. To start, I'd like to say all the employees there are friendly, and really trying their best. They are tired. They are underpaid. They are overworked. That being said, the store section (read as: not the pharmacy) is well stocked, organized, and great. Easy to find what you want or need, and check-out is a breeze. The pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. While yes, I understand they are understaffed, and very busy, it's hazardous. Prescriptions are piled up in bags and bins on the floor, because there are so many. Employees have to dig through them to see if a patient's prescription is in there, which in some instances, it is not. You need to wait at least 10 minutes at the counter before someone spares you a glance, and comes over to see what you want. Then more waiting. The computer system is often glitched. Sometimes the data I filled out in advance is there, sometimes it's not. Other times, it says something is in stock, and when I get there to pick it up, it's not in stock. There have also been instances where it says the wrong product. Do better, Walgreens.I've also had the pharmacist try to give me the wrong vaccine TWICE. This could literally be a life-threatening error. Fortunately, I noticed the error before the needle went into my arm. Be sure to read the syringe and/or vial before accepting a vaccine there. If there's any doubt about it, stop them, and start over.Unfortunately this is one of the only pharmacies my insurance covers, so I need to keep going there. So to sum up: store = fine, pharmacy = watch your assets.

Be careful if you want them to go into details about a medication mixup, they will get easily irritated, yell at you that they are not dealing with it and hang up on you. Unacceptable behavior. They just lost 9 customers.

I would not give a one if I did not have to. They are the most incompetent people and want everyone else to do their job. They are unable to help when given over a month and I will never use this place again. They need to close it or find more helpful people.

Sometimes they just won't fill prescriptions unless you call and follow up on them

For some reason this Walgreens pharmacy is closed all weekend. Saturday and Sunday. Extremely inconvenient.

Found it very weird that there were zero vegan options. Even the oat milk latte had fish oil in it. But 5 stars to the gentleman who kindly listened to my complaint and recommended a fantastic vegan restaurant in Augusta.
