A mailer was left in my mailbox for an adult signature item. The mailer states they are open til 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:10 to locked doors and the employee just saying sorry we are closed. Pathetic. USPS and specifically this location are a joke

Doesn't answer their local phone and 800 #is an automated joke. Zero customer service

Very upsetting. They take your money and dont deliver. Time sensitive package still hasn't arrived. Lots of time and money invested. Not to mention it's the Holidays.
