Willow street is my go to whenever I want to dress up or look trendy. As soon as I walk in I am greeted with warmth, and many of the wonderful sales associates know me by name. I can rely on their honest opinion and I value their opinion. If something doesn’t fit me or my style they gently guide me in the right direction. Also, their sales are fabulous!!! It is truly the best boutique in New Jersey.

Willow street is an outstanding boutique with an extremely talented staff. I moved from the Summit area several years ago and still make the hour drive to shop at Willow Street. The stylist on staff truly know how to choose pieces that are appropriate and look great. If you are looking for great quality and great service, I highly recommend.

Unfortunately the interior of the store was very stinky. The extreme odor made it impossible for my wife and I to shop. The selection looked very cheap anyway.

Generally a wonderful boutique. I entered and was not greeted or assisted. My initial thought, the associate may not want to bombard their customer(s) as soon as enter. To my disappointment another customer walked in and was greeted and assisted immediately.In addition, a young lady (red and curly hair) looked directly at me twice without offering help. Her disdain for my presence was palpable.Proceeded to shop and was finally greeted. I expressed my thanks for acknowledging.My experience was disappointing and hurtful.

SUPER sweet staff. Prices were a bit expensive, but that's obviously expected coming from an independent boutique. I got my mother a beautiful velvet embroidered pouch, they wrapped it up so nicely in green paper and a sweet bag! I'll come back again for cute trinkets like these!!

Wow very poor selection and horrible staff. They all seemed like I was ruining their day asking a question. Usually when you enter a store you're greeted with a smile and "let me know if I can help you find something." Never again
