I came to do my passport and had a appointment the employee ROBERT gave me a hard time because I had a couple of questions pertaining the application. He also refused to take my picture and got another employee to do it because of the fact he didn’t want to tell me to take my hair down because it was too high. Robert helped everyone else who was sadly his complexion and obviously didn’t have a scheduled appointment. The management was good and helped thank god but Robert needs to be fired. He has a nasty attitude!

I came in to drop off my prepaid packages. Two post office clerks kept on referring me to a self-checkout. I mentioned to the clerks that the machine is not working. The workers were unwilling to simply scan out the packages. One of the worker, ‘’ Kathy’’ has finally decided to scan my packages with an ongoing attitude. This is not the first time I recieved attitude for asking to scan out prepaid packages. Looking at the reviews here, I am not the only one.

Information on website is incorrect. No walk in passport appointments on Saturdays 1-4pm. Office closes at 1pm on Saturdays and cannot do walk in appointment for passports at all. Not sure why they can't update their website appropriately.

The heavier set brunette lady is quite rude and seemingly unwilling to suggest options (she could care less) I have no idea why someone like that is working with the public.

The woman at the front desk was beyond rude and they’re unhelpful. They make you feel unimportant and talk to you like you’re stupid

I go drop off three envelopes with prepaid labels. I can't believe my luck when I see no one waiting in line -two USPS workers chatting with each other. As I proceed to leave my prepaid packages on the counter and request a receipt I am informed that they got a new robot to do that, a person will not do that job at this location anymore. Just to confirm -Yes they could do it if they wanted to, they just prefer not to move their finger if possible.

They lost my laptop because it was dropped off and should’ve gone to FedEx Express overnight but instead they kept it and lost it. I was trying to send it to get fixed by Apple and they claim they don’t have it and don’t have time to look for it. Last time the white guy said he “had something in his eye and couldn’t go look for it”. When I call to speak with someone higher up, the robot won’t let me speak with a human.

Absolute worst. Zero sense of urgency. Always under staffed. Even with 4 people there, only work 2 registers working. Typical government clock watchers. Horrendous.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. Shipped packages to Japan and get the guidance needed. Lobby is open for mailing letters after hours. Best post office in area that I know of.

Do not apply for passport here!!! The old white lady is one of the meanest person I have ever seen!!
