Ask for Brendan!! He and my young son hit it off immediately. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly treated my son like his buddy. These little things really matter to a parent and really shows a persons true character. He helped us pick out the right starter lacrosse set for my son and helped us design a super cool lacrosse stick head. True customer service goes a long way and Universal Lacrosse has just gained a lifelong customer bc of it.

Ethan at Universal Lacrosse was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE AND FRIENDLY AS CAN BE! We needed all new gear and waited until the last minute of course and he made our stressful trip a pleasure. I was told he also works at the Randolph location. We will definitely be back!!

The store manager Ethan is absolutely amazing. I was looking for a very specific shaft and I had called everywhere. Ethan said he had it but just to make sure he put me on hold and verified that he did indeed have it in stock. He then offered to put it aside for me without me even asking. This location is pretty far from where I live so I really appreciated it. I told him I would pick it up the next day and he said he will not be there but will let Brian know and put my name on the shaft. When I got there, Brian was also really nice and helped me choose some other gear while I was there.I also really appreciate Ethan's knowledge and expertise in not only equipment but also stringing. I explained to him that my son was a Midi and he had been having some issues with shooting the ball. Ethan said he can string the head to alleviate the issue. Got back home, my son tried out the new head and he's been shooting much better. Again, thank you Ethan and also Brian for all your help.

Would not accept exchange without a receipt for a $15 throat guard even for a higher priced model. Bad job 2 days after spending $500 on equipment. Buyer beware I guess.
