We were forced to look for a hotel in Bloomsburg for a few nights and this seemed like a nice hotel.
However, it has below exceeded expectations. This is really a very charming hotel, very well run, small-scale, with very friendly staff, very beautiful garden and the softest bed sheets ever!
There are 2 options for dining and we dined in the brewery 3 times: casual, cozy and delicious. We also had an evening outside by the fire on the table! This was a real plus!
Highly recommended, definitely worth it for a few nights.
The Ricketts Glan State Park nature reserve is also close by and also recommended.
So we were really satisfied!

Great location within walking distance to downtown Summit, including the train station. Lovely room with a comfortable bed and daily maid service (except on Sundays) where they clean up your room, make the bed, refill the water, and give you fresh towels. There is coffee in the room (Keurig). Building and furnishings are old (in a good way) and everything is clean. Quiet at night too...we slept very well. Oh, and Maria the housekeeper is very nice too!

Check in was so east everything done the day before. So no waiting’s in lines or trying to navigate chaos like other hotels, but also no ridiculous high cleaning fees that you get with AirBNBs. It was the best of both worlds. The inn feels like I stepped into a Time Machine the historic decor is so well kept and preserved.Walkability: Everything you need within 3 blocks, but it was such a peaceful and quiet area. The subway was close enough to walk but far enough so you had no train noise. We even walked to a nice diner, there was plenty of restaurants all on the same strip.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. Maria from housekeeping was super friendly, helpful, and did a great job keeping our room tidy and stocked. The owner, also named Maria, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs while our daughter awaited surgery at the nearby hospital. Perfect location, clean, and all-around a great experience.

Needed someplace to stay between Morristown, Cranford, and Livingston. Found Turkey Hill Inn online and my son said the town of Summit was very nice. The room is very large and clean. It's a 130 year old house and so didn't expect it to be modern but it was very comfortable with lots of charm and a short walk to dozens of places to eat and the train into NYC

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights for our daughter's wedding in nearby Westfield, NJ. The owner and housekeeping were both so pleasant, professional, efficient, and accommodating. The house is beautiful with a fresh coat of exterior paint. 3 other friend couples also stayed in the house, and it was so fun to be together. We had the room on the 1st floor which was HUGE and included a large living room (in addition to the HUGE common rooms on 1st floor)! This was perfect for hosting our friends after wedding festivities and for bride and groom to open all of their gifts. The town (so nice, fun, and perfect walk down the hill) and train are all so convenient. Sheets and towels were the softest ever! Loved this place. Thanks, Maria(s)! (and the price was right, but no breakfast)

Quaint and interesting, but we booked this accommodation thinking it was a bed and breakfast. In fact, no food is provided. This was disappointing given that, even with no food provided, the prices still were not that low (though slightly lower than other comparables). This hotel was clean. Could use a freshen-up of the décor, but that's nothing serious.Rooms: Quirky shapes because some are in a tower. Victorian décor is interesting. A cot for an extra occupant was willingly provided, though for $25/night.Nearby activities: Within two minutes of the main shopping and café area of Summit.Walkability: See above--really convenient for the centre of Summit.Food & drinks: Almost none provided: notably, no breakfast. The coffee machine in our room also did not work properly (overflowed the mugs provided).

Absolutely adore the Turkey Hill Inn! And the style was exactly what we were going for. It was so charming, so beautiful, and we just felt comfortable the whole time we were there, Everything including the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Maria did an excellent job cleaning the room. The person we spoke to on the phone when we booked the room was so nice, so professional and so very very accommodating. I can’t say enough about the atmosphere and this place in general. Everything in the town center is a 3 to 4 minute walk or less so many restaurants so much to do. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I look forward to trying out all of the different rooms one by one ? thank you so much for everything.

This place looks a little weathered on the exterior, but the interior is charming. I loved it! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the water was hot. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed for one night on our way to Cape Liberty for a cruise. 10/10 recommend.Walkability: Walking distance to food and shops

I visited Summit for a Christmas dinner with old friends. They stayed at the Grand Summit and I found the Turkey Hill Inn. Not only was it about 60 bucks cheaper, but the location was far better than the other place in terms of being closer to the main part of town. I walked not even 5 minutes to a bar and restaurant while the other crew had to Uber.I parked right out front and picked up my room key as instructed by the owner (she sent me a note two days prior with check in instructions). I stayed in 1A, it was more like an apt than hotel room. Big living room with fridge and fire place and several seating areas. super charming stuff. bedroom was big and comfy with a large, full bathroom off of it.Yes, the furniture and decor is outdated but it's really just the style they are going for. everything was super clean and comfortable with no disturbances. That's all that mattered to me. I wish I could have stayed several more days. Thanks Turkey Hill Inn

I gave it five stars because the price is reasonable and it is close to the downtown summit, which is a gorgeous city. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I like how the hotel is decorated; it looks classic vintage. I will come back here again.
