I wish I read the yelp reviews prior to trying to send my friend flowers for her birthday. I live in ME, she lives in NJ. I choose this florist because I thought the website looked nice and knew it was close to her home. I ordered the flowers online, chose the available delivery date, my credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email. The flowers were never delivered! I followed up and was told the were closed until Thursday and my order had been closed. I was so upset and now reading all the reviews with similar complaints it seems to be common practice for this company it's even more maddening! How are they still in business??? What a horrible business. I hope other potential customers read reviews and choose a more reputable florist.

I had the exact same experience as many others. What was delivered was NOTHING like what was shown on the website, and when I called to request a partial refund, the owner was argumentative, talked over me, and then complained that I was rude whenever I tried to speak. She offered to create a new arrangement and exchange it, but that would be very awkward for the recipient. When I provided the owner a side-by-side comparison of the website photo and the actual arrangement, she said the website photo would cost much more than what I paid. Really, then why is it listed for that price on the website?!? What I do know is that anyone can see that the arrangement that was delivered doesn't look a thing like what was advertised.

Summit Hills Florist is a great shop. I've ordered from them multiple times and they are always very flexible, reliable, and affordable. Their boutonnières and corsages are beautiful. The owner has treated me with nothing but kindness and is very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Ordered flowers for Valentines day a week earlier from door dash. Go to pick up today, and they apparently don't affiliate with DoorDash. They said 4 other people had the same problem. Did nothing to help me out, nor did they provide any solutions. Now I have to hope and prey I can find last minute flowers on Valentines day. Poor reviews are justified. Service is garbage and poor excuses for failure to deliver.

The arrangement was not as ordered, and when I asked that it be replaced with what I ordered the owner called and yelled at me for 10 minutes in what was a rude and uncomfortable phone call. Her only solution offered was that she would go to the recipient's house and take back the arrangement. I have warned my friend not to answer her phone number, and I will not use this florist going forward.

The flowers are beautiful, and my mom loved them! Ordering online was swift and efficient, and I would definitely get “better” or “best” when ordering. I got the african violets in the wicket basket and the bear and the card, and the card was handwritten with my message which was so sweet and personal. The owner was amazing with delivering, and went through all the steps to make sure my mom got the flowers in perfect condition, especially since I’m out of state and couldnt make sure myself. Thank you so much!

Summit hills florist owner Karen is definitely an undertaker and thief I purchased roses and they looked as if she recycled them from someone's funeral burial and she argued that they were fresh the delivery time was like taking a trip to North Dakota on foot please do not patronize her business unless you just like giving away money

I just received flowers from Summit Hills Florist. I am very disappointed. The flowers look like they will be dead in a day or two. When I called to let the florist know, she was very rude. She refused to acknowledge that the service was late and the flowers were old. Do not use this florist!!

I ordered the 'Pink and white in vase as shown' for my recently bereaved mother, however the bouquet arrived without the 'vase as shown'. When I called to query why the order was partially delivered, I spoke with Karen and was met with total abuse over the phone. Karen claimed that the price points will fluctuate, depending on the week (comparing it to oil/gas prices).If you list a fixed price point online, charge for it and under-deliver - that is called theft.If the product is unavailable - do NOT let the order go through and do not charge the Credit card. Simple.This website is not secure, and the staff could do with a lesson in running a business.

I'd rather pay someone to not go here than have them get the same terrible dead and wrong flowers I got. Karen wouldn't even offer a refund or new bouquet after seeing how terrible they were.

Today the business states I ordered after delivery hours...10:27am...is already after hours....seems strange...that at 10:27 in the morning they're not delivery...or never answered my text..which they state is for immediate response. I placed an ordered...was charged for the flowers...never delivered..no response from the business..from messages left...or text sent. No customer service.
