The people who work here are nice and the machines wash the outside of your car fine but the people who work here seem like they're deliberately trying not to wash your car at all.Go in here with any issue. Dog hair, leaves in the seats, dirt smears on leather upholstery. Nothing will get cleaned. Not even a little bit.The weirdest thing is that after your car comes out of the machine there are like 5 or 6 immigrant workers who all get inside and outside your car. They all have cleaning rags in their hands and spray bottles and whatever else and they certainly look like they're cleaning your car, but somehow when they call you over to let you know they're done almost nothing has been cleaned. I've had the same coffee stain on my console survive 4 consecutive trips to this place. I didn't want to clean it because I started amusing myself seeing how many times I can go through this place and watch it survive.Anyway it's the only carwash in Summit so it's got that going for it but seriously this place is awful. It used to better years ago before it turned from Summit Car Wash to Team Car Wash.

Lindsey was an excellent employee! The customer service was exceptional. Extremely happy with my service. I have been to the service in Hazlet as well again great. Highly recommend team car wash.

I got The Works $34.95 and it was not worth the $5 tip! One of the lousietst car washes ever; dirt and crumbs still in the cup holders, consol, seat seams. Vacuming was cursory at best. The floors still had sand and mud as did the trunk. NEVER again....they don't deserve their business!!!Services: Full body wash

I hadn't driven my car in 3 weeks and when I returned to where I had parked it in my garage there was a truly impressive amount of bird poop on my car - like thick/crusted all over and feathers everywhere. The folks at Team Car Wash were beyond helpful—Immediately spied my poop monstrosity in line and pre-treated the worst spots for me. After going through the wash one time, all the poop wasn't off so they kindly put it through a second time with no charge. I'm thrilled to report my car is now poop free and I promised the kind man that helped me I'd leave a review. This car wash retooled and is amazing. For ONLY $58.00 which is a monthly charge I can now afford to wash my car FULL SERVICE 3-4 monthly. They took extra car after the car comes out with 8 dedicated people to dry inside and out, do the windows and trunk area. My inside door was scrubbed and they spent 3 minutes to make it shine with a smile. Matt the manager really understands customer service.Services: Full body wash

Well that's $40 that I will never get back. The worst car wash of my entire life. I actually feel like my car is dirtier than before. They don't do any vacuuming and barely wipe the inside of your car with a dirty rag! The outside still looks dirty. I don't understand why they call their package the works when it comes with absolutely nothing except gives your car a rinse off. It rains almost every day the last thing I need is a rinse off. Do not go here

This is most expensive (works) and horrible service I have ever received for my car. I usually don’t like to write a bad review and I always want to work it out with the business before I make negative comments. But this is the third time I come home disappointed. The staff is rude and lazy . They are not professional with there job and even after repeatedly asking them to fix something undone they just don’t want to do it. I’m surely never returning to this place.

This place used to be good when they had the last owners. This chain is horrible.They did no vacuum/ clean the interior of the car. They told us that they can't do the interior that well, that they have a lot of cars waiting and we would have to pay a detailing for $300.We had to leave this place and look for another because the job was terrible.They should only offer exterior!!!We are never going back

I had the Team Car Wash unlimited monthly deal for $39.00 which is a fair price, but a single wash for $22.00 is too high (10 years ago it was $10). Also I have noticed small scratches and dulling of the paint on the lower sides of my black BMW which is only 2 years old so the brushes that clean the lower sides / wheels must be too hard. Yes - I understand the prices have gone up due to inflation, but the many scratches on both sides of the lower panel on my BMW are Real and from the Brushes/Equipment at Team Car Wash - I know this because I have not been to any other car wash in 2 years.

Great service! Friendly staff, clean facility. They do a great job cleaning the outside and drying. With a simple request, they wiped down my leather seats. The manager goes around and checks the car before handing it off to you. Detailed service. Glad I made the switch from Kenilworth to here in Summit.

I was a long time customer of summit car wash before the new company took over. I never questioned price as long as the service was good. I have been here several times under the new ownership. But Today I spent $37.00 to get the works and it was not satisfactory. The inside of my truck was not properly vacuumed. The floor mats in the rear were still dusty. I had to ask one of the staff to clean the doors that were still covered in dust. The top of the dash wasn’t cleaned well. Seats weren’t wiped well either. The tire shine was spotty. Overall not satisfied. I won’t be returning.Service: Full body wash

I don't even know if it reserves 1 star. I had gotten my plates on my new car and wanted to get it washed so I went to summit car wash because I was in the area. My new car is white and let's just say the chipping of paint from those machines I can see the little dots in my car and I'm crying . Also my windshield has marks on them like they scratched the glass. That's not ok. The paid for the inside of the car to be cleaned as well and let's say they didn't even do that and still has dirt on tires. They rushed the entire thing and honestly I miss the old owners who took their time on the car. This seems too franchised now.

Best car wash and service. I go out of my way to get my car washed here. Matt, the manager, Alfredo and the entire team take great pride in their work. My car had sap on it and without hesitation, they razored it off with permission. After the wash, the drying team will circle around your car to make sure no spot was missed. My toddler wanted to stay for the car wash and they accommodated as well. There’s a reason the line is so long. Fast. Reliable. Good and honest people.Services: Full body wash

Shabby work overall and I made it easy for them... I own a Chrysler Town and Country. I put all the seats in the floor so all they had to do was vacuum the floor and not wrestle with anything in and around the seats. The car was not clean. The trim panels on the sliding doors were not wiped down and there was still dust and dirt everywhere. They also charged me extra for the van... Not going back.
