We couldn’t be happier! It goes without saying that buying a car is an anxiety ridden experience. My experience went off without a hitch, and although every single person at Smythe was kind and attentive, Neil is the one who truly set this experience apart. I came in planning to get something used, because I just prefer used and he didn’t make us feel bad that we wanted to test drive multiple cars, over multiple days. And, never tried to push us into something new or something we couldn’t afford. He even checked in after our purchase to make sure we were enjoying our new purchase and that we were happy with it. Francene in finance was also so nice and Kat at the front desk was the sweetest answering all of our questions. Truly above and beyond all around!

Once again I am impressed by the level of service at this dealership. I arrived 10 minutes before the 7 AM opening time. The doors opened promptly and I was pleasantly greeted by the valet, every station was occupied by a service manager and the mechanics were already in full swing. It’s obvious everyone takes pride in their work and is happy to be there. My car was washed and ready, I returned the loaner, scheduled my follow up appointment and was out the door in 15 minutes. SMYTHE Volvo takes professionalism to a whole other level.

Solid experience with Smythe Volvo.Although I didn't purchase there I felt comfortable with a no pressure sales experience.Stacey Hopson was generous with his time, explaining the vehicles.I would not hesitate to purchase a car from Smythe.

Had an incredibly smooth purchase experience with Henry P from sales, Henry Z in finance and Justin in service. Came in right before closing on a Friday after several disappointing experiences at other Volvo dealerships in the area that same day. Left an hour later with a CPO XC60 at a great price with great financing terms, and picked up the car 3 days later. 2 ½ months later and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Smythe - best experience at an NJ Volvo dealership by far! Honest and trustworthy group.

Great guys. Gary and the sales manager bent over backward to get me the vehicle I wanted same day. They were flexible on the price and stayed nearly an hour late on the holiday to deal with my sorted financial and insurance situation. They even filled the gas tank for me. I was buying the cheapest "beater" on the lot so there wasn't a lot of commission on the line just general human kindness. I would certainly recommend Smythe Volvo to anyone.

Buying a car does not have to be painful. Every single person I dealt with here was incredible. Unlike any other dealership I’ve ever been to. Starting with Sabrina, who, made me feel so at ease right away, moving on to Alon Katende, who is probably the first salesperson you will ever trust immediately, as he looks out for you, is so friendly and approachable, and old school kind. Finally finance with Francine. WOW she knows her stuff. So patient in showing me every possible option. She’s why I was able to drive the car home.So grateful to this dealership, especially after going to many, many surrounding dealerships who were greasy snakes.You will not regret it !!
