DO NOT BUY YOUR JEEP FROM SALERNO DUANE. This place is a full blown SCAM! I bought my Jeep and as part of the contract you receive 3 years of Jeep Wave Maintenance (tire rotation & oil change, see attached photo/document FROM JEEP!). However, by the time it came to the third year, they said they are not doing that anymore. I pointed out it was in the contract, on their website, and my salesperson, Boris Aguirre, had highlighted this feature to me several times at the sale. How could it be more clear than their own contract and their own website?!?!? They responded that no, they are not honoring the contract. I contacted the new service manager, Paul Bonilla, and he also highlighted they are no longer honoring the contract. The old service manager was very helpful and abided by the contract. I have a text from him that they owe us 3 years of Jeep Wave, but this is irrelevant to the new management. They do not honor their OWN contract. I have uploaded a photo & a document of their original description of Jeep Wave. DO NOT BUY YOUR JEEP FROM SALERNO DUANE. They take your money and then screw you.

Service review Was actually fairly pleased with the service here. It seems to be a small operation so the staff are very friendly. And they take the time to explain what they are doing. Definitely better than the service that I'm used to receiving at Toyota. They do have a shuttle service as well as a few seats. And wifi. Unfortunately there are no desks to work, nor are there many outlets. Had a few snacks available + water.

The service department is by far the worst of all I’ve been to. They really don’t care about costumer time.They took my car in to get a sensor fixed they barley gave me a rental and when they did two days later they said that they can’t fix it and it must be sent to another body shop.No wonder this dealer looks like it’s going out of business.

I took my car in for an oil change. It sat around for over 2 hours before someone took a look (thanks ford app). I tried to contact the owners about lack of service but never got an answer. Please don't thinking flagging reviews you don't agree with will make things right.Service: Oil change

I am very unsatisfied with my experience at Salerno Duane Ford service at 123 Park Ave in Summit on Friday 11-18-22 My car was towed to the dealer because I couldn’t get it to start. I got a call from Heather who told me I needed a battery and cabin filters needed to be replaced there was also something else going on with the restraints control model but the part needed was on back order. I was told that my car had a lot of rust on the inside as if it was in a flood in the past. When I was called to pick the vehicle up heather told me she needed to take the car back into the shop to be checked on again, while this is happening i am standing outside in freezing weather waiting for her to bring the car back. I am particularly upset because I spent $513 on my vehicle, yet when I received it back all of the lights were still on including the check engine light which was a big concern for me. Heather informed me that there was a mistake made on my service order and she needed to send me another service order via email. I waited for the email, then I sent a reminder text message that I’m still waiting for the email. I did receive the email hours later though. I am just praying that someone can get back to me because I still need help with my vehicle. All of the lights including the check engine light is still on and this worries me a lot. When I left the dealer I went straight to the car salesman where I bought my car from and explain what I have just experienced, he then printed out a Carfax for me and insured me my car was never in a flood. He advise me to write a review about my complete experience. I really pray someone reaches out to me and help correct the issues I’m having with my vehicle. I am a nurse and I need a reliable vehicle to get back-and-forth to my patients.Services: Battery

Beware of this Dealership. I returned my leased vehicle to them before the lease was up in March of this year. At the end of June I received a phone call from a tow truck company, they wanted to repossess the vehicle I surrendered to Salerno in March. Apparently Salerno never notified Ford Credit to pick up the vehicle from their location. I told the caller where to find the vehicle and he thanked me. He also indicated that this was not the first time Salerno neglected to call Ford Credit for a vehicle pick up. To make a long story short, I have been going back and forth with Ford Credit arguing late fees since June. I'm done with Salerno Ford!

I brought my car from the sales rep Francisco who was extremely nice when taking my money. A month later my tire is shot. I was told to come get it fixed. I've been there 4 times and never got my tire fixed. They are trying to charge me over$600 for 2 tires when only 1 needs replacing and that one is under warranty. They are scammers. Everyone that asked me about this place i said go elsewhere!

Was told if I spent 1k+ for my car they would fix problem. Was assured my car would run properlyif i addressed what they said was the problem.. Gave them the ok. Then had to call them constantly daily to find out the status of my car. Never got a return call back to explain or keep me updated on the processes. Their Customer service is shit, and I'm being nice. Long story short. Was charge over 1k and they didn't resolve the issue with my vehicle. Not mad issue couldn't be fixed with my vehicle I'm mad they swindled me out of 1k. Will never return here for service again. If I could give out negative stars I would give them -5 stars.

They are extremely helpful. They were about to close but they lady at the front desk came out to inspect my car and provide a plan to fix. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, was because they work on ford only and not nissan which I have. There were a lot of cop cars parked outside so they must be very good at their job.
