After taking my Jeep in for a routine oil change at Salerno Duane, I was pleasantly surprised by the comprehensive service provided. Not only did they change the oil, but they also rotated my tires and performed a full multi-point inspection.I was particularly relieved when the inspection did not uncover any unnecessary repairs. It's always a concern that a dealer might invent problems to increase the bill, but Salerno Duane proved to be a paragon of integrity. Their honesty and commitment to providing a genuine service experience are rare in the industry.Even though I did not stay in the waiting area and the service took a few hours, I felt well-informed throughout the process. The team kept me updated on their progress, which allowed me to manage my time effectively while they worked on my vehicle.I am thoroughly impressed by the honest customer service at Salerno Duane. Finding a service dealer that values the customer's time and trust above all else is refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any Jeep owner looking for a trustworthy service provider.In particular, I'd like to acknowledge Jaylen for his professionalism and friendly demeanor. His approach to customer service truly made my experience at Salerno Duane stand out as exceptional.

Place stinks don't go here they take forever to work on your car charge you more than I've ever seen even a dealer charge it's obscene.They don't call you back it's hard to get in touch with your service provider there. If you aren't on-site to push and prod them good luck.What a horrible experience this place is on the permanent banned list in this household.

The crew was great, my Grand Cherokee's radio was delaminating. They ordered the new radio and honored what Jeep told me, that the part and labor cost would be waived because of a factory defect.

Finance manager ripping people off with bogus $995 application fee .It's never good when dealership takes advantage of new customers, who are knowledgeable and have purchased vehicles in past ,almost like dealing with a crooked mechanic

Salerno Duane came through in the end. They made it a priority to fix my car and work with Jeep directly on this issue. They also gave me a loaner while my car was being worked on. This is an example of how a bumpy initial customer experience can be reversed and turned into a positive outcome. They regained a loyal customer. Thank you!

The experience was horrendous. This will come to no surprise to Matt and Billy (who is rude and does not speak truthfully). The Jeep was at Salerno for over 2 months with no communication unless I called and left several messages with no response. I sent emails and was told that I would be provided updates. Nothing. Each time I spoke with Billy - who initially said that I had nothing to worry about and that he would take "good care of me" I had to remind him of the situation. My son's car stopped functioning suddenly en route to Ithaca. It had to be towed to a local mechanic who shared that it was the rear differential - a very unusual ocurrence. I then contacted Salerno who confirmed that the vehicle was under warranty (this was all with Billy). However, Billy said he needed 2 weeks to be able to have the vehicle brought in. I then towed it to my local mechanic to keep it. I had to contact Billy again as 2 weeks came and went. It finally got towed to Salerno with no updates until prompted and again, was told it was being worked on. I finally had to call because my son was going back to college and needed his vehicle. It was confirmed via voice mail and a call that I could pick up the vehicle. When we arrived to the counter, I was provided with the bill which indicated over $6000. I told the person at the counter that I was told by Billy - who immediately and rudely said, I am Billy and I've never met you in my life. RUDE AND IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reminded him that he indicated that it would be no more that it would be no more than $2200 because it the majority was covered under the warranty. He then scurried around for 45 minutes and then said that Matt made a mistake since it was under him not Billy and had to rework the bill. He then could not find the vehicle and communicated to us that in fact the vehcile was no where near ready. He said he would throw in the detailing (which I had requested) and that it would be ready in 2 days - the day my son was leaving. I went home and called the dealership and asked for a call back that morning - I got a message late in the day and was told that he was very busy but that he understood that the matter was being resolved. Matt did call me that morning and apologized and said he would ensure it was ready. The car was picked up and my son drove it the next day. He said he was concerned because there was a rattling noise. I then took it to my trusted mechanic who indicated that the wheel bearings were an issue and the car had not been serviced. He stressed that the bearings are a safety issue. I paid $1000 for the repair so that my son could have a safe car to drive to college. Pitiful and clear liability which will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Not only will I never take my Jeep for servicing but I will never purchase another Jeep nor any vehicle from your dealership.

I wanted to leave an update on our issues with Salerno Duane regarding the Jeep my daughter and I leased. Short and Sweet after reading Mike S's response, the man Mike S referred to Rick or Rich was contacted and we had high hopes that everything would be taken care of because this is a large dealership and they took the time to read reviews and respond to them.Today is September 9 2023, the last two days have been so hot many schools closed early and many events are canceled. My daughter is at this minute driving home from work in her new Jeep, STILL WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. They said the parts are in and they just have to give her an appointment, but no one returns calls to set one up. She will need a loaner car because this job could take a week to complete and they have NO LOANER CARS. Have you ever heard of a car dealership with no loaner cars? My daughter thinks me leaving the first review made it worse and that's probably true. I am so disgusted over this entire experience, I wish I could leave NEGATIVE STARS.

I leased a Jeep from this dealership but the dealership had set up the UConnect with another person who almost leased the car but did not go through with it. I had to jump through a few hoops to get the subscription in my name. The dealership should have dealt with this issue, not leaving it to me.The oil light came on within 3 miles of driving the car off the lot so I had to make an appointment to come back another day to have it looked at. They should have inspected the car before leasing it to me.
