I went in for an oil change and tire rotation for our 2020 jeep grand cherokee. The wheels on that model have a wheel lock that require a special key. The key was not returned to us as it normally is and we were forced to purchase 4 new lug nuts(without the lock) so that get our tires replaced. Salerno Duane thinks its ok for customers to pay for their mistakes. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I just locked my doors at 01:30 am Thursday 12 September 2024 tI am not joking. I had installed a back up tracker and Uconnect knows it. Your service is Telling me you did not do something to my AC. wasn’t my AC you needed to blow up. You have One job one job Uconnect app tracking not working return to dealer. And now we’re at Three returns later!
Already has cost 2300 unexpected AC cost during your little venture and my problem was what?

You said The Uconnect has engineering and technical problems that’s states installing another radio nav is not the solution. You already put another in and I have already gave Uconnect the new radio nav info to them. Your mistake and karma already. Can’t change that out or back.
I’m a SR. Technical Abram’s tank mechanic plus also have QC back round that checks work and papers. One of your papers states mechanic installed a per instructed for instruction. Means job incomplete. Second paper totally false but has codes and thats not me not even your service showed your original install back in 09 2023.
I never own the car in 2019 so this paper is interesting because your completely screwed up.
You show me codes instead of fixing the one job.

Now to learn how much lying is going on there. I’m back on the third appointment due to your technical and engineering problems. We all can make a mistake and my field sometimes popping something mistakenly or intentionally breaks things and now you have something else to fix. I do not like your big jokes and a few other folks same way and in all seriousness and sincerity.
You want to give me a bill you want me to pay on further my AC on something else in between ac and a module. Man what cookies do you munch on? Maybe I deserve your job then again maybe not.
you seemed be a lying master and think some people do not know there cars and how they preform. One job bro one job the Ac will not cause car to lose tracking. New system SOS also now found not working when it was before in other unit. you touched my car two times now you have it a third and talking to me about money to fix further AC and a speaker.
I think you need to fix the problem you caused and the original problem ASAP looking forward to hearing from you again really really soon.

This is an experience I had a few days ago, I bought a vehicle about a year and a half ago, the sale and transaction was all fine, nothing special. Overtime I started to question how the total was being calculated for my monthly payments, not anyone's fault there I simply am not experienced with that kinda stuff, but I thought a quick trip in to ask would be helpful since I was already getting the vehicle serviced there. I went back to the room where I signed the papers and the guy was completely rude and used the tactics of a school bully it felt like, because I simply didn't understand the same things he did. As I tried explaining my question as best as possible he turned to my partner and rudely said "I don't understand what he's talking about.. do you? cause I don't get it", I really didn't appreciate the tone and face he made during that as he was just treating me like I was simple minded and in the end rather than help me understand before I left he just didn't really care
I thought on this and it just kept getting to me, may not be the biggest deal, I just don't like the way it made me feel and it was not needed

With a current car lease expiring on a sedan, I decided to visit Salerno Duane to explore moving to a new 2024 Grand Cherokee. From the test drive to final deal signatures, this was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had!!
Francisco Rojas and Mike Salerno focused on me and the things I was most interested in the entire time. On the day of delivery, I drove in with my sedan and drove away with my new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee!!
I cannot say enough good things about the dealership and my experience with Francisco and Mike.

I travelled over an hour to Salerno Duane CJDR for a car I saw online. Cesar immediately greeted me at the front door and started working on a deal for a certified 2021 Durango. Cesar was professional and friendly and we reached a deal in a reasonable time frame. I then worked with the finance manager, Sal, who was very patient while answering all of my questions about financing and the extended warranty. I have worked with many dealerships and this was the first time I felt that the customer was the first priority. I really felt taken care of by Cesar and Sal and the whole team at Salerno Duane. I would definitely make the drive down there again for my next car seeing how serious they are about customer service.

I have never experienced such abysmal service at any car dealership. The utter lack of communication, the failure to solve problems, and the inability to keep commitments are astounding. I am shocked that any business can operate a service department so poorly.

Please stay away from services from this dealership. I have been a customer for 20 years. My five month old Jeep broke down this past Monday and got it to this dealership and on day three after ghosting me. Bill in service finally answered me and was so rude and told me to get my jeep and get it towed somewhere else. he text me first if I have any questions respond to his text on Monday So on day three I finally got in touch with him after waiting for a managers phone call back and I was very rudely told he’s busy. I am not a priority, I said will it be one week two weeks three weeks he said yeah could be and told me to pick my jeep up get it towed to another dealership. I have never been treated like that at this dealership and I will never recommend or go back.

This place has to have THE WORST SERVICE department i have ever met . I have had issues with my 2022 dodge durango ever since i bought the car and the issues I’ve had have not been fixed . I’ve taken my car to the service department twice and the issue is still not fixed . The people working in the service department are NOT good at communicating nor do they seem to care about costumer satisfaction . The service department almost NEVER has rental cars as now i have had 2 appointments canceled because “they don’t have enough cars “ and i can’t leave my car there with out having a rental . They are extremely unprofessional and by far the worst service department out of any vechile i have ever owned . DO NOT purchase from here and service your car across the street .
