The man at Summit Tech Center fixed the security issue in 5 minutes and with no charge.

“Eva was very helpful, I had to T-Mobile prepaid and had paid my bill when I left my house. I realized that my phone service was not working at the gas pump at Costco’s so I’m waiting in line waiting. I call the t-Mobile line 611. A lady told me to reset my settings and then she would call back my data settings. I did it. She never called back so I drove to the closest T-Mobile that I knew of which was right there on 22 I went in there and, Ava helped me even though she said it would be very hard because she couldn’t see the things on my end because I had a prepaid account and they deal mostly with plans. She ended up calling someone and did because I was calling her on my phone and she ended up making it happen. Got my service back on. I appreciate her. She is very very good at her job.”
