I have used Liss pharmacy many years ago and was very satisfied. Fast forward to 2024. I have fibromyalgia and have been going to pain management since 2009. The past two months I have been getting worse. Pacing my house in the middle of the night. Not being able to sleep. Sweating like there is no tomorrow. Just to name a few. On Tuesday may 7 I called Liss and spoke to Theresa. Explained to her what I have been going through. She told me had nothing to do with her call my doctor. After asking me my birthday. Theresa realized she had given me the wrong dosage for 2 months. Thank you so much for me suffering and going through withdrawals. I would not even give a one star review. Be careful at this pharmacy. Today Theresa called me and said she wants this over with she will bring the pills to me after work. Sorry I don't thrust this pharmacy.

Go to Walgreens for better deals, all of their shelf items are over priced and have been sitting there too long collecting dust.

A little difficult to find, also you have to go into the hospitals sub building and take the elevator up to find it. Very small.

They are very slow, has to wait almost 10 minutes just to purchase a beverage while they talked.

After leaving a bad review, instead of this place being apologetic and trying to fix the issues theyve asked me not to come back. This place was very prejudice to me every time I tried to express myself respectfully but you can easily notice how much nicer they are to non black and brown people. Terrible! Do not recommend at all. Most of the hospital employees are the exact same and multiple people have died but their lawyers are so great we never hear about it. Like the man that died because a nurse abandoned him outside. If I could give 0 stars i would.

I have used this pharmacy for the past year and I must say, I’m very disappointed with the service I have been receiving. I disregarded the mess ups with my preferred brand because both times they said the other pharmacist just did not know when filling my prescription. I also disregarded the two times when they did not inform me that my insurance wouldn’t cover my 30 ct of pills so instead went ahead and only filled for one week and allowed me to get all the way home without making me aware. Each time I had to go back to pay out of pocket for the remainder of my medication. My most recent issue has left me BOTHERED and I will not disregard! Yesterday when I picked up my newest prescription I informed them that I noticed at the bottom in my last two there was a partial pill. I was asked which one and when I replied informing them of the controlled substance the pharmacist responded with “figures”. How does it figure? Unprofessional. Gave them back the pill and she added “Well it would’ve been in our bottle” I did not respond. I get home and guess what? The new bottle has the other portion of that broken pill. I called them the next day and the male pharmacist is trying to mansplain their procedure to me so I had to cut him short. I worked for Walgreens for two years so I know the proper protocols and with this type of medication it’s supposed to be counted twice. If it was counted twice this type of error wouldn’t have occurred on two different occasions but instead I’m being talked to in an accusatory tone, no apologies for the inconvenience. Of course the other half wasn’t in the bottle because you guys had already filled and bagged my new set. But what y’all could’ve done was recounted what was left to see if you had an extra pill because I was only given 29. That is assuming you haven’t had any other reported issues from that bottle. I was told I would be called back in a few minutes but hours has passed and it’s close to the end of the day. I do not recommend going here.

Liss has the best staff around . Theresa the pharmacist is fantastic . Anything I need for my grandmother she is always on top of it and is very pleasant to speak with. She really cares about the patients . Also Mrs.Roggerman who works there is always so helpful with whatever it is that you need and is such a nice person to deal with.They have a great team including the delivery guy who is always time with the order and is a very nice man who cares that your Order is delivered!!Last I would like to thank Kunal who is the new boss. Kunal is a very friendly and kind person who will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. He found my grandmother the perfect wheelchair that fits her just right . The store has everything you need it and if it doesn’t I’m sure they will get it for you . Liss has always been one of the best since we started using them over ten years ago . We would never change . Thanks for all your help !! And anyone who I left out I’m sorry I’m not great with names . Everyone who works there is excellent !!!!!

I have found this pharmacy - Liss Medical Arts Pharmacy - to honestly be the best in town. I stumbled across this pharmacy while we were at the pediatrician down the hall. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much they had in stock, and the prices were much better than CVS. During the pandemic, they always had Covid tests when I needed it, cleaning supplies - lysol, wipes, alcohol, etc. In my experience, they have never been out of any medication or low stock on supplies (baby or kids meds, adults meds, prescriptions, OTC, etc.). They are under new management, so I anticipate even more positive changes. They are friendly, make life easy, and there's never a long wait. Their staff and pharmacist are helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable.
