Pattie along with all the coaches are phenomenal. They come up with unique workouts everyday for every class. It is such a warm and welcoming environment at this small gym that you really do create a group community within! Everyone is so nice and I love coming to group classes and private lessons everyday!

Kevin is an amazing trainer and coach. He analyzed my physical condition, asked about specific problems and keeps a record of progress. I'm never bored because he has me doing a circuit of exercises on basic equipment to challenge me as I've grown stronger. I actually like going to work out for the first time!

Kevin and his gym were instrumental in my losing 20lbs in a year. The classes were always well rounded, never negatively impacted my joints and put me in the best shape of my life. If I hadn't moved in February, this would still be my primary source for staying healthy.
