I have visited here more than a few times and the staff usually extremely helpful and conversational. Today however, there was a condescending tone with one salesperson. I have sent many people here who have also purchased but unfortunately I don’t believe I will be back.

Update to my review below. Two weeks after hanging the lights in our kitchen, the one with finish chipped stopped working. It was defective. Meanwhile, the owner claimed it was a "Floor Model" sold "As is" despite it not being marked that way on the tag or on the sales receipt. I am convinced the pendant was used prior, and they may have known it was defective. Live and learn.

The ever changing selection of unique items is amazing. I always find something to evolve my home decor and keep it fresh. I miss going into the shop right now, first place I will go when the world reopens.
