Luz, has been my insurance agent for years. From life insurance, to car, renters umbrella’s and homeowners. You name it, she has us covered! Every time the quote comes in cheaper with more coverage then even the biggest companies out there.Luz takes the time explains the coverage so you can make a good decision on your specific needs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

There is zero consistency or accountability.I had an initial mishap due to missing documents when I first purchased my plan. I was not given my discounts for the first two months but was promised the rate would reflect discounts in future months.When this didn't happen, I called back again and the PA agent was condescending and inconsistent. I had to turn off autopay and pay over the phone with her every month while the changes were taking place, and her story switched every time I asked why my bill changed. First, it was that I could get the discount applied for the first two months, then that I had to pay the difference, then that my payment was higher because the changes were still being processed, and now she said all the changes were done and my rate was supposed to be high all along.I said my payments were too high and inconsistent with what I was promised, and I saw better deals elsewhere. She said "You can look wherever you want, but its all the same like...make it make sense you know?"It has been over three months, and my monthly statement still does not reflect the rate I was initially promised, or the rate the agent and I paid together the past three months. My agent refuses to give me any written confirmation of what my bill is supposed to be over email and this is super suspicious to me.If anyone works with this agency, make sure you get a paper trail out of them. But it might make sense to just go somewhere else instead of wasting your time and money.

I have been a customer of Glisel Jimenez at the Summit State Farm office for 40 years!!! I have had my home owner's policy with her during my 40 years of home ownership of two separate homes in Chatham, along with my car insurance. Now that I am in my seventies, and feel it's time to sell my home and move into an apartment, I am still keeping my now renter's insurance with State Farm. When I called to change over, I learned from Alyssa Roman, one of the agents in the office, who would not put me in touch with Glisel, that, because I have to cancel my homeowner's insurance and carry renter's insurance instead, my car insurance premium must go up in price! I am so very upset and disappointed that, after being a loyal customer for 40 years, this is the case. I didn't so much as receive a call from Glisel after telling Alyssa that I was very upset and wanted to speak with her. I thought she would at least reach out to me after all these years. As if getting older and leaving my home isn't hard enough, now I'm faced with the added punishment of having my rates go up! Incidentally, I'm driving a 17 year old car and have a good driving record. Sad. Very sad. My previous very favorable opinion has changed drastically due to this incident. I am so very disappointed.
